“This clinic was referred to me by a good friend who had a good experience with them on fat reduction. Since I have a goal to lose weight for medical reason I decided t9 trust this clinic. They have a lot of options to offer. They have designed a solution that best works for my body. I have lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks and at the same time trimming my waist and hips making me enjoy 2 sizes down fitting my old clothes. While doing the fat reduction treatment, I also signed up for RF Microneedling. I am on my 2nd month and loving the experience and result in my face and body. Dr. Han Tonthat and Chloe Nguyen are excellent practitioners. They are experienced and know what they are doing. It is hard work to lose weight but they made it easy for me. Their services and pricing are reasonable.”

“I came in for a rapid test to rule out COVID/Flu and strep. Scheduling the appointment was easy, check in was simple through an online form, and I was seen for my visit almost immediately. The staff was kind, and Dr. Shoja took time to ask me about my symptoms and do a quick check which was much more than I anticipated going in. “I went in due to a sudden loss of hearing in my ear. NP Whitney Hood and her nurse were so pleasant and listened to my concerns. After a few minutes, Whitney was able to diagnose this as sudden sensorineural hearing loss. She said next steps were to see an ENT and start steroids. Her nurse was able to get me in with an ENT that morning. A week later and 1 steroid injection, I have gotten some hearing back. Thank you for your quick actions and your professionalism during such an anxious time for me.”

There is barely ever a long wait time, providers take their time and I don’t feel rushed through my appointment. I have some complex medical issues but I always feel heard. “I've been coming to this practice for about 10 years. The doctors and all the medical staff are professional and I never feel rushed. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be called back, or to see the doctor. Doctors are responsive to questions and concerns that I submit through the MyChart portal. Earlier this year I had a cancer scare - a suspicious mammogram finding. A biopsy showed the tumor to be benign thankfully. Throughout the process my doctor was proactive in reaching out to make sure my questions were answered and that I understood what my options were. I highly recommend this practice.”
