“Luiz at this location is by far the most knowledgeable on their plans, what works with older phones just needing a SIM card and new plan. I had stopped at 2 different locations and both told me an older phone I had, would not work on Boost. But Boost online said it would. I stopped at this location and Luiz, didn't bash the other locations, which I appreciated, but he said it absolutely would work. He had me set up and out the door in about 10 minutes!I also found Luiz to be very personable and helpful in general.”

Less than 15 minutes both our phones where fixed and up and running. I’ve had my daughters screen repaired before and that alone took over an hour.
