I used summer storage both years as an undergrad and always received outstanding service—my boxes were delivered straight to my room, and any questions I had were answered promptly and helpfully. In addition, the staff—especially Dan—has always been incredibly helpful, whether it was guiding me through printing materials or assisting with returning Amazon items. Every time I’ve come in for help, I’ve been met with friendliness and efficiency.”
“I have had to do all sorts of returns as this location over the years and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Recently, I was trying to return a huge table and they helped me get it out of my car and into the store. Then when it turned out the shipping cost would be more than I paid for the table, they helped me put it right back in. It was scorching hot outside too. I really appreciate their service and help!”
“I've been dropping off my Amazon returns here for forever (and have never had anything but top-notch service), but my recent experience with using their printing service was INCREDIBLE. Ryan was very patient, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions. I sent the PDFs to him, who reached out with me to confirm pricing before proceeding - in the end, his feedback resulted in a really beautiful program and seating chart at a better price than Staples or FedEx. In other words, I highly recommend The UPS Store on all counts, but especially for their terrific customer service modelled by Ryan.”

“When I first visited this location, I walked away disappointed—and I wasn’t alone. The experience felt frustrating from start to finish: the staff seemed overwhelmed and disengaged, wait times were excessive even during off-peak hours, and the overall workflow felt chaotic and inefficient. Compared to other UPS stores I’ve used—where service is typically fast, courteous, and well-organized—this one stood out for all the wrong reasons.
Customer service at the time felt like an afterthought. There was little sense of urgency, and communication with customers was minimal. It didn’t inspire confidence, especially if you were relying on them for time-sensitive shipping or business logistics.
That said, I believe in giving credit when it’s due. On more recent visits, I’ve seen a clear and noticeable improvement. The staff now appears better trained and more attentive, the process at the counter moves more efficiently, and the energy of the store feels more professional. It’s a much smoother experience overall.
Whatever changes they’ve made - better staffing, or simply taking customer feedback seriously - it’s working. The store is now functioning at a level I’d expect from a UPS location, and it’s reassuring to see that kind of progress.
While my initial review reflected the problems at the time, I’m pleased to update it now to acknowledge the positive direction they’ve taken.”
“Excellent service, I came here for finger prints for a fieldprint appointment. I am convinced all these negative reviews are by people who came unprepared and are taking it out on this business because I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer. I was seen 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the entire process took less than a few minutes. My technician was super friendly and had no trouble with the machine or taking my fingerprints. Just make sure to have your QR code, your photo ID and a valid credit card and you’re all set. I will definitely come back in the future for services and recommend this location!”

“I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

“Staples Printing and Marketing is awesome! I’ve been buying all my cards and invitations here for years. The prices are great, especially during sales and as compared to competitor printing companies. The cards are always ready very quickly, sometimes even same day. The one time the same day cards weren’t able to be on time due to an employee calling out sick, the manager called right away to let me know (it wasn’t a problem anyway).
The cards come with envelopes, which other online companies usually charge extra for. The print quality is excellent for the price. You can upgrade the cards with things like foil, different finishes, or customized envelopes, and have them shipped.
As long as this service remains the same, I will continue being a customer for years to come!”

“My fiance and I came in here yesterday to print out some signage for our upcoming wedding. First, I want to give the biggest shout out to the GM Maxwell. As soon as we walked in he immeditately took care of us and went so far above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. He told us he and his wife had recently got married too and wanted to take as much stress off of us as he could - and he definitely did. I don't write reviews very often, but my fiance and I both felt like it was necessary to provide feedback about how great Maxwell was to work with. Second, I did a ton of price shopping for our printing needs (menus, welcome cards, welcome sign, etc) and FedEx was about $200 cheaper overall than everywhere I looked at online. Overall, super happy with this experience and would recommend this location in particular. Huge thank you again to Maxwell!!!!!!”

“I don't know how someone decides to leave 1star rating to place with hard working people. I have always had a great experience at this location and the owner is such a polite and decent person. I drop my packages there every single day , minus the Sundays and have always been treated great with kindness . Always see a happy face when I walk in. Perhaps its just - what you give is what you get !
I see previous reviews saying the rates are high - go to Fedex or UPS location and you will get the same rates. They are just a franchise, they can't come up with their own prices is what I assume.
Moreover, if you want better rates then open business account with the shipper. Why blaming the franchise for it ???♀️”
