Great customer service and I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes all of them feel like a tailored suit and have lasted for many years with lots wear and minimal maintenance. They all still look great. “Was walking around Fairoaks Mall and saw a bunch of pokemon boxes in the window so I went inside. Was the only customer at the time (close to closing time) but the employee was super attentive and welcoming. He sold me on a couple sealed pokemon boxes , whose prices actually beat a couple of the cards stores in the same mall.
Will definitely stop by again if im in the mall .”
“I love the ability to visit a dance shop in-person! The dance shop had both ballet clothes and gymnastics leotards, with various sizes. I was able to find some options in my preschooler's size. My daughter loved being able to look at leotards in-person instead of looking at pictures online. Thanks for the great visit!”

“I gave in and purchased a new pair of ON Cloud sneakers ?. Yes, I find them racy in price, but they are so... comfy and worth it!!!When I first started my search, I was hesitant and confused. It was difficult finding one store that had a selection to pick from. My daughter reminded me that Comfort Shoes, located in the Fairfax Towne Center, has the best selection. I found it helpful, going to Comfort Shoes to receive the best customer care, ever. Gregg listened to my concerns and explained details about these lightweight sneakers of which I had not thought of. “Traveling for work, and needed to replace my boots. Went in on a Friday afternoon right before closing and was greeted by the most professional Red Wing salesman, Raúl. He made sure the boot I was getting was the PERFECT fit.
Red wings sell themselves. But what really stood out was Raúl's professionalism as well as attitude. I thought he was owner operator of the store with how much he was happy to help me find my new boots. He told me he was not but one day soon.
When these boots eventually need to be retired and I need a new pair, I'll be calling Raúl from my homestead up in Maine to ask for a new pair.

“We had such a great experience here today. Dave Jr. sized my husband up in minutes and pulled clothes that fit great, no alterations needed. He was patient, quick and helped by guiding us toward some looks we usually wouldn’t have considered, but loved when they were together. He was always close by but never hovering or pushy. For the quality, the price point is excellent so we gladly grabbed an extra pair of jeans and a couple belts. If you want great attention to detail, good quality and someone who really knows what they are doing and take pride in it, I suggest you make an appointment! Thinking I was picky I went to foot locker to check it out and I saw these air forces and I was like WOW!, I checked the price and i was like WHAT? ONLY 90 bucks so I bought them they fit just right. “Every experience I’ve had here has been exemplary. They have a manager who leads by example, you don’t even know she’s the manager when you meet her because she’s on the floor doing the same tasks her employees do.
The customer service from the manager down to the lowest employee has always been perfect, they should give workshops to other companies about how to do customer service right.
I’ve had horrible experiences at other Loft stores, my experiences at this location are the only reason I still shop at Loft.”

“Jjill saved my life. I had a life event where I lost memory for a time. I came home to a house I didn't remember, a dog who knew he was my dog, but who I didn't remember. My husband had to travel and often I was confused about who's clothes were who's in our closet. I found myself wearing his shirts, they felt comfortable, familiar, and safe. I was in the mall one day and passed a Jjill. I didn't remember any of the stores in the mall, but I went in to look around. When I tried pants on, it felt like magic! I have a boys cut on the bottom, no hips, barely a bottom! I could never find pants that fit me right. For the first time in my life, I felt like myself! I felt comfortable in my own skin. I ended up buying a new wardrobe. The clothes were stylish, age appropriate, but hip and young looking. I couldn't remember myself before I Iost my memory, but I felt like this was who I am. I felt good when I went out, I didn't look frumpy! I had avoided doing things because I didn't have anything to wear. All of sudden, I was EXCITED to get dressed. I felt PRETTY. My young daughter had never seen me wear women's clothes per say. Not that she could remember. She has said now, as a grownup, how wonderful it was for her. To realize we liked similar things and she was always proud to be seen with me. She thought all the other mothers looked older and I looked young because of how I dressed. What mattered to me, was that I could express myself thru the clothes and was confident in how I traveled thru the world. I am so truly grateful. And it's never changed. I am now 67 years old. This summer's clothes were, in my opinion, the best and most beautiful Jjill has ever done. The colors were amazing! I am proud to wear them. They save my life in a figurative way literally every single day! I will be forever grateful!”

“No one harassed me when I entered the store. When I needed help, Miracle was right there…ready, willing and able. I was returning a pair of sneakers from Christmas and this was two days later. And everyone was still awesome!! They actually didn’t have the size, so Miracle found a store that did (Pentagon Mall) and gave us the name of the associate over there to ask for. We did just that, and the Pentagon Mall employees were equally as fast, friendly and helpful! Thank you Journey! I’m coming back!”

“Not sure what all the comments are talking about. I went in over black Friday weekend, where it was super busy. You'd imagine employees would be stressed out, careless, and perhaps even rude, but that was simply not the case. While looking for new shoes, I was helped by a young woman named Mashia, who took the time to help me locate the perfect fit for me. I was also offered service by a young man named Jordan. When I went to the checkout, everyone was smiling and talking to eachother. The young lady who helped me, Ariana, was very nice and quick. Other names I remember talking to was Ethan and Jimmy.
