10/10 experience, fixed my bmw x5m with a very strange start up issue that threw no codes or lights on the dash, got my car fixed in a timely manner (took about half a day). Went around from shop to shop trying to fix this issue. Mr Chai is a professional with his work.

Chai is a superb master BMW mechanic, insightful, thoughtful, kind, respectful, and simply the best mechanic in this region on BMW's. He can see the future ;) and makes recommendations to help ensure you and your BMW are protected. He maintains my 2000 BMW 750iL, 2016 BMW 750i, and my son's 2022 BMW X3
