It was great! The store manager went way beyond expectations! provided me with all the info needed, took his time showing the various units available, and even helped me set up the ap on my phone.

The store manager, V Skripkauskas was a pleasure work with. He answered all of my questions and explained the rental process making sure I fully understood. The site @ 14518 Lee Rd, Chantilly is clean.

I went into the office today for some help and Steven (maybe Stephen?) assisted me. He was able to quickly help me out and even took the time to show me how to install the Extra Space Storage application and showed me where my storage unit is. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job!
