I've been a customer since they were embarq, my mom is paying for internet speed of .5 ? Seriously how the hell do you sell that to elderly people? My internet in Buckingham is half the price and I'm getting speed of 1,000mbps. Not even 1mbps ? Forget getting an English speaking operator when you call for help

I changed carriers 6 months ago and had a $35 credit, I have called 3 times and still can't get a refund. Plus the service was not good to begin with.
