“Speaking of a good fit, we always have a five star experience whenever we visit the Charlottesville Orvis location. Jake the store manager is our go to guy when shopping for our son, or myself. My wife and I know that he can show us exactly what we need for the occasion. Our most recent visit we needed to find something for our son's birthday and a few coordinating items to put aside for Christmas. Jake wears the brand well and is very knowledgeable. He has the perfect personality and you can tell he loves what he does. Now enough about Jake, let's talk about his amazing staff which is a great reflection of the excellent customer service and assistance you will receive in case Jake is out on the fly! There is always a great variety in store to choose from, as well as, free shipping in case you need to order your item. Just in case you just aren't sure what to choose, they have gift cards too.”

“First time visiting this location and the untuck it brand. Outstanding experience! The manager and her assistant were extremely helpful and made sure that I understood how the sizes would fit me and once I found the correct size that it would be the size for whatever style shirt I chose. She was 100% correct! I ended up buying 7 shirts and love the styles and how well they fit. I will explore the pants and shorts on a return trip. If you are looking for a quality product in a pleasant environment with knowledgeable and friendly service then this location is for you.”

“First of all i wanna start this review by saying most of these “PEOPLE” that write these reviews. Clearly don’t have a clue on how they act. Ive seen so many customers over and over again treat the works as if they weren’t people to. They are not slaves, yes they have a job. So do you treat them with respect, or don’t go complaining about how they treat you the same way you are treating them. They are amazing people, who work hard and TRY to keep the store clean. If you Wonder WHY the store is unorganized, go look at a mirror and ask it again. Tracy Jimmie Goolsby, (former reviewer) POSTED under these reviews how she got into a argument with a manager and the manager walked away. I WAS THERE when that happened and honestly that is unexpected that she wrote how the manager walked away, but not the reason. TRACY decided to ask the manager if she was even american because of the accent she had. Racist much? Clearly shes as smart as she looks. Moral of this review is Treat PEOPLE the way you WANT to be TREATED!!”

“Recently bought a watch from Quattro Tizi and had a great customer service experience. The price was very fair and the watch shipped quickly in time for Christmas. There was an issue with something from the watch manufacturer, but the manager at Quattro Tizi (Ian) was extremely helpful, responsive, and helped me work with the manufacturer to quickly resolve the issue. I didn't expect such responsiveness over the holidays so I felt like Ian went above and beyond to help.”

“The staff are always very friendly! I had to make a return for a pair of jeans that were a size too small and Jacob was really helpful. When he couldn't find my size in store he went ahead and shipped them to my apartment for no extra fee. I'm not a huge shopper, but I make an exception for Madewell not only because their clothes are my fav but also because the staff are so nice :)”
“Gee wiz. These guys really know how to work! Despite the negative reviews, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I recall around two months ago being helped by an older-looking gentlemen going by the name of Paul. Paul followed me everywhere, answering every question I had. This past week, I was greeted by every associate with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. The clothing selection is also wonderful. I will certainly continue to shop at this store. It is a hidden gem of the 434.”
