“AMAZING!! I’ve been having bra fit problems for years and Derriere de Soie solved all of them in less than an hour. For context, I’m a smaller framed girlie and have always been in 30A/30Bs that slid around, gapped, and provided no support or shape. With Lauren’s help, I found out that a 28D works best for me and walked out with new bras that were comfortable and fit perfectly! She was friendly, honest, super helpful, and provided top-notch customer service that made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Derriere de Soie to any fellow member of the IBTC, but they also have a huge range of sizes so I will be sending my bigger chested friends their way as well! Thank you all so much!!”

“Speaking of a good fit, we always have a five star experience whenever we visit the Charlottesville Orvis location. Jake the store manager is our go to guy when shopping for our son, or myself. My wife and I know that he can show us exactly what we need for the occasion. Our most recent visit we needed to find something for our son's birthday and a few coordinating items to put aside for Christmas. Jake wears the brand well and is very knowledgeable. He has the perfect personality and you can tell he loves what he does. Now enough about Jake, let's talk about his amazing staff which is a great reflection of the excellent customer service and assistance you will receive in case Jake is out on the fly! There is always a great variety in store to choose from, as well as, free shipping in case you need to order your item. Just in case you just aren't sure what to choose, they have gift cards too.”

“Wonderfully welcoming customer service and beautiful work. I had a jacket zipper repaired that two other alterations businesses would not do due to an odd placement of a snap and they quoted the repair to be almost as much as the jacket cost. I brought it in to Hisami’s and the jacket was repaired quickly, very affordable, and it looks just like it did when it was new. I will definitely be returning!”

“First time visiting this location and the untuck it brand. Outstanding experience! The manager and her assistant were extremely helpful and made sure that I understood how the sizes would fit me and once I found the correct size that it would be the size for whatever style shirt I chose. She was 100% correct! I ended up buying 7 shirts and love the styles and how well they fit. I will explore the pants and shorts on a return trip. If you are looking for a quality product in a pleasant environment with knowledgeable and friendly service then this location is for you.”

“Truly a gem boutique in Charlottesville! Located conveniently on the Downtown Mall, I am able to find luxury, pre-owned shoes and clothing that are so chic, both high-quality basics and unique pieces alike. Luxury brands aren’t typically financially accessible to me outside of pre-owned, so I really feel like I lucked out finding this place! My style and wardrobe have become more elevated since shopping at Agents in Style - I get complimented the most when I’m wearing the items I’ve bought here. Also everything available is in excellent condition, and easy to look through/well-organized (not overwhelming). I’m not usually shopping for luxury bags, but the curated collection that sweeps through is impressive! Writing this review hoping more people can enjoy and benefit as much as I have.”
“Came here looking for a last minute photoshoot outfit. I was helped by Emily who was literally so helpful and kind! I showed her my mood board and she immediately found several fits and got me a dressing room set up. She also spelled my name right which literally made me so happy! “O’Suzannah is one of the most thoughtfully curated shops I’ve visited in a long time. If you’re in Charlottesville and need gifts—or just want to treat yourself—this place is a must. The selection is equal parts charming, artistic, and unique. I spent more time than usual browsing and still felt like I could have discovered more.
The store is filled with beautifully displayed items: children’s clothes in cheerful patterns, colorful kitchen linens, quirky and creative books, handmade paper goods, and so many thoughtful little finds. It’s clear that someone with a true eye for detail and design puts their heart into choosing every item here.
What really stood out to me was how organized and inviting everything felt. Even though the store is packed with treasures, it never felt cluttered or overwhelming. There’s a cozy, artistic energy that makes you want to linger, and each section has its own personality.
Whether you’re shopping for a child’s birthday, a housewarming gift, or something uplifting for yourself, O’Suzannah has something that feels special and personal. I left with a bag full of gifts—and hope to return the next time I’m in town.

“First of all i wanna start this review by saying most of these “PEOPLE” that write these reviews. Clearly don’t have a clue on how they act. Ive seen so many customers over and over again treat the works as if they weren’t people to. They are not slaves, yes they have a job. So do you treat them with respect, or don’t go complaining about how they treat you the same way you are treating them. They are amazing people, who work hard and TRY to keep the store clean. If you Wonder WHY the store is unorganized, go look at a mirror and ask it again. I WAS THERE when that happened and honestly that is unexpected that she wrote how the manager walked away, but not the reason. TRACY decided to ask the manager if she was even american because of the accent she had. Racist much? Clearly shes as smart as she looks. “I love shopping J.Jill and most staff is great however I do not feel comfortable when Audrey the manager is there. I do not feel she is warm and friendly and many times I have walked past this store and not gone in when I see her there, she comes across cold and better than others. My guess is other customers feel this way. Bobbi with the beautiful black hair is really nice and friendly, she always makes customers feel great along with the rest of the staff.”
