“the reason for the review (amount of stars) the employee i met was so kind, went the extra mile to chat and interact with you .. i appreciate employees like this ... i miss the days of folks just chatting, no real point and it didn't mean this or that. just 2 humans being kind and respectful. love it. i went in for Birkenstocks and came out with a floral pair and pair of Crocs. the employee helped multiple times and looked up a pair that was not in stock, unable on their RRS website. glad for the help and extra assistance. so appreciated and thankful for a real kind person in this world. thank you. not my local RRS but glad i made a point to shop again at this location, i have previous shopped there gosh well over 10 years i would think? they had remodeled and it was a perfect, clean and lovely shopping experience. great selection, more to offer you than the location at Rio Hill Center that is for sure and the area is not shady looking. a single shopper (at times the hubby is unavailable to ride with me) now if i only felt more comfortable eating by myself at First Watch, would hop over there and enjoy their food. oh well ... I do not feel she is warm and friendly and many times I have walked past this store and not gone in when I see her there, she comes across cold and better than others.
