“Having workers like Denise gives this place 5 stars in my book. She knows what she is doing and goes above and beyond to assist you. If we could just clone her and put one in every store I go to... my life would be at peace.”

“I had a potentially problem experience when sending an overnight package. I was given an incorrect address. The package was delivered - but after 3 days! I went to the store when I realized the error. The manager was very helpful, promising to look into the issue. He filed a claim with UPS and I was refunded 80% of the cost. I appreciated his help in this matter and in helping me with the refund.”
