Mrs. Suanne went above and beyond to help every customer(8) whom entered while I was there. Being that my vehicle was getting a tire change, she made sure I was good during the wait process. Her customer service was superb with every customer she interacted with. I hope she stays at this location and I definitely will be returning in the future. I honestly enjoyed our conversations. Also, I was saddened to hear about the passing of Mrs. Lisa. And I also enjoyed meeting Mr. Luther. He was a great person to interact with as well. I love this location.

“I just want to address the most professional Budget/ Avis Team member I have experienced in 36 years of car renting. I picked up a car in Dulles and drove to Chesapeake. I noticed a pricing issue and visited this location. Amy was compassionate, professional and caring. She listened to my issues and made it her problem to fix. I literally had goose bumps when she fixed my issue. Budget / Avis needs more team members like her. She deserves a raise, a day off and a promotion.

“Needed a rental while my car was in the bodyshop. Insurance Company made the arrangements, Enterprise came to pick me up. I didn't like the car they had assigned to me. They were very accommodating in changing car and had another one ready in a few minutes (even if their lot was almost empty). Nice experience, pleasant employees.”
