“A couple months ago I went into the Greenbrier Reed's Jewelers just to find out my ring size. I had picked out a custom ring from another website and wanted to be sure of the fit. Laura helped me that day and was so lovely to work with. No pressure, just sweetness. (I saw a men's watch this visit that I fell in love with for my husband and took a mental note).
The ring I had picked out from that other site? It took a month to arrive. Wasn't at all what I was anticipating and I felt totally duped.
I went in to Reed's again simply to check on my custom ring's gold and characteristics since they didn't seem quite right. That day I had the pleasure of meeting Bridgette. I started by asking questions about the metals and gemstones and told her all about my experience with that other site. I even showed her the ring of my dreams that I had designed but never really anticipated getting to wear.
Bridgette took the time to listen, pay attention, and comfort me with her knowledge and information. She and I were able to create my dream ring in house. One of those kismet moments of the right place at the right time - and all the things that led up to it.
Patrick was in store this day too. I mentioned the men's watch I saw during my first visit and he took it upon himself to have the company send one (of only two left in the company) to the store for my husband to be able to look at & try on in person.
I had the rings that Bridgette help me find and design sized, and when I came back to pick them up, I got to meet Michelle. Another sweet woman who shared her love of Reed's with me.
