“I stopped in to buy stamps from the machine after-hours. USPS employee, Reginald, was there working on the PO boxes. They saw that I was there to buy stamps but the machine was down for updates. Reginald asked if they could help me get what I needed. They opened up the machine and reset it for me. Reginald went to the back to grab stamps and money to make change for me in case the machine didn't finish its update when they reset it. This is some of the best customer service I have received anywhere. Thank you, Reginald, for lifting up my day/week/month.”
“I've been coming to this post office for 50 years and it's never changed. It's always had the best hospitality and the kindest staff! Be prepared to stand in line at Christmas but they roll through the line pretty fast. Need a PO box? This is a good place to get one. Need forever stamps? You can even choose which ones!! Envelopes? Yes! Priority? Yup. Greeting cards? Yes! Decorative boxes? While supplies last!”

In a time when the postal service is often under strain and short staffed, these two continue to show up with grace, professionalism, and a genuine kindness that truly doesn’t go unnoticed! We came in for a passport appointment completely unprepared and not once did they make us feel like a hassle. Instead, they were incredibly helpful, and kind. “I was there today at 4/3/26 @1600. The line was long with just a lady at the desk. Later on an older gentleman joined her.
Although it is almost at the end of what I assume is their workday, they still exude a positive attitude that I have rarely seen in my past dealings with USPS.
Please keep it up!”
