“This place did a great job on my vinyl decals. The staff was knowledgeable and made the process really easy when giving them my design. The turn around was quick and the size and color of the finished product was on point. I installed the decals months ago and they seem to be going strong (even after rain, snow, road salt, sun exposure, and temp change). Their prices seem to be fair enough and on par with the work they perform. I can also say that I wasn't treated any differently because of my complexion. They seem to be honest and fair business people. I have and will continue to recommend them.”

“Mr. James Scott and the team at Pak Mail are outstanding. I had a unique handcrafted wooden rocking horse to ship to another part of the country. Mr. Scott gave me an initial quote, and it turned out to be 1100 dollars. After a few weeks I brought it back, and it was still 0800. Additionally, I had a great deal of concern about it arriving intact.
Mr. Scott and the team worked collaboratively to identify how to pack and ship. Ultimately, it was decided to bring the item as oversized checked baggage. Mr. Scott went the extra mile to ensure he had the specific materials he thought would work best, and then literally constructed the double walled boxing for maximum protection.
Highly recommend Pak Mail be considered for your shipping needs, and particularly when needing items securely boxed.”

“I will go out of my way just to make sure I stop at this FedEx location! It’s rare to find this level of genuinely outstanding customer service, and Herb and Bryan are truly exceptional. I usually stop by during my lunch break, and every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly, smiling faces. If Bryan is already helping someone at the counter, Herb comes right out from the back with a smile, asks how my day is going, and makes sure I’m taken care of right away. They never leave customers standing in line waiting.
Even when my package is already signed and sealed and I could easily use the self-service kiosk, they always invite me to the counter and say they’ll take care of everything. It’s such a small gesture, but it makes a huge difference. They are friendly, efficient, hardworking, and truly put the customer first. I genuinely look forward to seeing them when I stop in!
