Jamie greeted me with a smile & was not only knowledgeable but quite expeditious, as well! She was incredibly helpful in making sure the package was secure (as it contained a fragile, electronic item) & offered different shipping options along with pricing to fit my budget. She understood the importance of this package & the urgency to get it to the destination quickly & could not have been more accommodating on a holiday, no less! TY Jamie & TY to my local UPS Store ~ you saved my tuchas!”
