The gentlemen here at Powerstroke Performance and Repairs are courteous and true professionals when it comes to customer service and knowledge of Ford Powerstroke engines. Even though they got me in at a moment notice for an oil and fuel filter change after coming in hot from California, I could tell after speaking with the owner and service advisor and looking around that I was at the right place. I feel my rig will be in good hands at Powerstroke Performance and Repairs when it comes to future repairs and routine services. “New Car guy here in my 30's. i have wanted a WRX after playing Need For Speed underground 2 (on the XBOX) . i bought an 07 WRX that i was going to attempt to fix myself, but after the inspection i realized i was in WAY over my head as i have only worked on my 07 5.9 Cummins. I was up front and honest about everything from the start even telling them i pretty much have next to no idea what i was talking about, but wanted to learn. Getting into car culture is scary because to be honest a lot of car guys are, not the most welcoming people. Not only did they do a beyond thorough inspection for WAY below what you'd pay for any other shop to do a pre purchase inspection they let me know about all the issues that need to be fixed AND let me know hey be ready because with this stuff being bad we are going to find more. They called me every step of the way and because i want to learn more about cars they went WAY out of there way to explain everything to me in depth. Even going as far to walk me around the car on the lift to explain what was going on, how the systems work, ECT. To be frank they undercharged me for everything they did, all the technicians are top notch and all love what they do.”

“Where do I even start? These guys are fast: parking lot is packed and there’s a line at the counter? Doesn’t matter, they’re getting you in and out.
And they’re kind- you ever meet a tech that was kind of a jerk and the person behind the counter seemed like a bot? Don’t worry, you won’t find that here. They’re friendly, smile, connect with you, and want your car to run well again.
Most of the industry sucks, so take your car here instead. They’ll treat you like they want you to come back.”

After watching several of his videos, I decided to visit the dealership he was affiliated with. To my surprise, I saw the same young man name Javon from the videos there in person. He was exactly the same as he appeared online—friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. He was like a walking Google when it came to cars and vehicle comparisons.

Very pleased with rotation of my tires, full synthetic oil & filter change, VA State Inspection, full circle Maintenance Inspection, and a complimentary car wash. Returned recently (11/28/23) for service to the driver's side of my vehicle...experiencing a cracking noise near door area. The technician lubricated the seat assembly and the noise has disappeared. ??”
