We visited site the same day and were greeted by Dionne. She was professional and personable and genuine!!

“The first truck we rented that we had reserved had nonworking AC in the hot summer so I had to wait until the next day to return it because of the time in the late afternoon that we got it and realized the problem. The whole staff worked so hard to have another vehicle ready asap the next morning. It was actually an upgraded version that was absolutely fantastic and they even provided an extra discount and unlimited mileage. They went above and beyond to resolve a difficult situation quickly since we were loading and moving everything out of state. Highly recommend and we will rent from them again!”

“Due to a blown tire on trailer, I arrived late, 6:00 pm, one person still on property and I dropped it off.
I cannot say enough about the road side service. After I arriving at a safe place, I was told I would be contacted by service personnel. about 15 minutes later I received a call asking for exact location. I told him where I was and he said he would be there in about 15 minutes, he arrived in about 12 minutes, removed and replaced the tire and I was on my way.

“Dropped off my u-haul truck without any issue. Gentleman outside took the keys and promptly started servicing it & my receipt was in my email within 30 minutes. U-haul did not give me enough miles to pick up my truck, drive to the house and then to drive it to the new address so they got an extra $30 from me. So the 4 stars is for that and their front door to customer service rep/office inside was broken and you had to manually push/slide the door open which was a hassle as my hands were full.”
