“The customer service I received from all of the staff at this location was more than satisfactory. With employees like the ones I met, it’s clear that a business can run itself. They all deserve recognition & I hope these accolades reach them. I had a TERRIBLE experience with another U-HAUL location prior to my arrival at this location & they more than rectified it they went out of their way to explain policies and help me understand them. After I was previously denied access to policy and customer service at a different location. I was told reach out to corporate if I had any questions and when I asked for the store number I was denied that as well. I reached out to U-Haul corporate and have heard nothing but, the staff at this location did the best they could to rectify my situation & make it right. I have even attached my email to the corporation. This location could t speak on behalf of anyone else but did everything they could to keep my business and ensure I was satisfied with my rental.”
“I go to now fashion all the time. The prices are decent and they got most of what you looking for, it’s a big store. I also go because Coco is always there to help me. I am so indecisive when it comes to my hair and she gets me straight every single time. I appreciate her being there because if not I would be lost in that store. I always go back to the wigs to find her, she is so knowledgeable of what I need for my hair. Coco is very professional, helpful and patient. I appreciate her service at Now Fashion.”
