“We've held our Annual Employee Appreciation event here 2 years in a row! Shevae was my main point of contact and she was responsive, organized, flexible, and super helpful the entire time. HIGHLY recommend this location. We get the bowling area, video games, pool, and the gym. We split the gym in half with a wall divider so the caterer can set up on 1 side. Oh, and the caterer??? She is 1 of 3 preferred caterers at the Signet center and she did not disappoint! Fantastic time for all!”

“Didn’t know there was a South Norfolk library, but it’s pretty new. It’s just that it’s a section of Chesapeake, which is not too much else there, they trying to rebuild this area, but the Library is top-notch”

“They have half price arcade games on Wednesday, they are a ton of fun. Good food and fairly priced. Nice pool tables too. I’ve been coming to this location for about 8 years. Great Wednesday evening outing.”

“This was the first time we have been here which is crazy because I have lived here for like 30 years. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was fairly busy, but overall it was a nice setup. We didn't have time to explore everything they had to offer, but this is a really awesome place. The costs were extremely reasonable and overall it was just nice to be out somewhere a little quieter and slower. Our main complaint was just the lack of ability to get something to eat without having to wait to sit down at the restaurant and then wait to be served. We would have loved to be able to just grab a snack from a food truck or something and just enjoy the space. Overall a great experience though, I o me it just feels like they are just missing out on a huge opportunity by not offering more food options.”

“Overall an excellent experience. The staff though somewhat minimal were very diligent. If not for a chaotic situation between the pool and the outside sitting area outside the pool, it would have been 5 stars all around. A group of young folks and kids (which we're obviously not guests of the hotel) took over the pool and outside area for the early evening through a good portion of the night. The one primary staff member did her best to control the situation but sadly the numbers were too great and there were folks drinking and not being respectful to the facility or to people who were actually were paying to stay here. The hot tub was also shut down before we could even get in it. It was emptied out, cleaned and refilled while we were patiently waiting to get in it. It finally opened a half hour before closing but never came up to temp! The pool room and fire pit area was overrun with a party with alcohol and pot from these non guests. Made for a very uncomfortable situation. Need more staff to control these situations as it was incredibly uncomfortable and not a safe situation for PAYING guests.”
