Wheel & Rim Repairs in Chesapeake, VA

“I want to thank the people who were working yesterday morning at the Chesapeake Express RnR tire shop who made a very bad day a great bit better for me.
I was heading to a doctors appointment when an object from the truck in front of me came flying in my cars path. Before I knew what was happening my tire pressure was dropping 10-9-8…. all the way down to zero.
somehow I was able to get to the side of the Chesapeake Expressway without an incident. My hands were still shaking even after the 1 hour wait for triple AAA.
once the spare was on I hobbled off the expressway onto 64 and off at the first exit Battlefield Blvd. I was pulling into the first parking lot to recover when I noticed I was at the RnR tire shop. The wonderful staff went immediately to work getting me the appropriate tire and even provided water and cough drops for my comfort while I waited.
They were wonderful caring and made an awful day a little bit more tolerable. Thank you again for your kindness.

“Made an online appointment for 9:15 am to fix a flat tire and inspect and rotate. Arrived 15 min early to beat the rush. Was greeted, consulted and was told I’d be done in 1 hour. Time was exact and I left a happy customer. I highly recommend this company”

“Very honest people. Every question I asked was answered professionally and clearly. I didn’t feel as if I was being taken advantage of being an older single female. Highly recommend.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Automotive Authority. They have taken care of my Ford Explorer for years — and it’s now at 200,000 miles! Because of their skill, expertise, and attention to detail, my vehicle has never let me down.

I was originally referred to them by a trusted mechanic who told me they were the most knowledgeable and skilled shop around, and that has absolutely proven to be true. From routine maintenance to more complex repairs, they consistently provide honest, reliable, and high-quality service.

I truly do not trust anyone else with my ride. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely knows what they’re doing and stands behind their work, Automotive Authority is it.”

“Honestly, 10/10 experience! He contacted me back immediately. I had to get some rim damage repaired (I was just irritated about it more than anything because this is a new car). He told me he could get it done. The time frame (to be expected) was a few days, but he had it done the next day! This is obviously a case by case situation and he is going to quote you a higher ended time to be on the safe side because things happen. However, getting my car back the next day was awesome! Literally looks like a brand new rim. And, in my opinion, affordable price and definitely worth it. I expected WAY more and was shocked with the quote I got. I hope I don’t need another rim repair, but I would come back here if I needed it!”

“I've gotten several used tires from here. They are always fast to get them on my car and they are good gently used tires. They are also great at patching tires.”
