“Good price on gas. The only problem is with the physical layout of the station. When it is busy, which is most of the time, the traffic backs up. You must be patient.”

“We recently ran into an issue with our 77-inch Samsung TV that we purchased online from BJ’s a little over a year ago. The TV came with a one-year manufacturer warranty and a four-year BJ’s warranty. Unfortunately, the TV stopped working, and we went into the store assuming we could simply bring it back under the extended warranty. We quickly learned that the claim actually needed to be processed through Asurion.
What we didn’t realize was that we were supposed to take a picture of our receipt and submit it to Asurion when we originally purchased the TV. Thankfully, the customer service at this location was absolutely amazing.
A huge thank you to Stephanie, the manager, and Christian, the sales associate, for going above and beyond to assist us. They spent nearly an hour and a half helping us navigate the process and making sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
Spending $2,800 on a TV only to have it stop working is frustrating, but having a company stand behind its customers and employees who genuinely care made all the difference. My husband and I truly appreciate the time, patience, and effort Stephanie and Christian put into helping us resolve the issue.

“Sam's club is packed with everything from office supplies, home goods, garden, outdoor, beach/pool, clothes, shoes, pharmacy, glasses, bakery, groceries, rotisserie chickens, technology and more! The store is clean and the staff is friendly! We always stop at the snack bar for the biggest piece of pizza and drink for under $3 and frozen yogurts! You can feed 4 people for $15 can't beat that anywhere else!”

The person that was working with him at that time ( early morning) was also very helpful and knowledgeable as to how their system worked in reference to the way the billing and future possible repairs will need to be handled. “Before I start I would like to say that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone, so with that being said let's begin!. Sam's club is a great place to buy bulk items for you and your family. They have certain bulk items with a reasonable price tag. These products will probably last you a lot longer than the average items you would buy in a regular grocery store. They also have fuel stations that you can purchase gas at a reasonable price that is cheaper than your average neighborhood gas station! The only requirement is that you purchase a membership in order to take advantage of the great deals on bulk goods!”
“I ordered my tires online. Was called a few days later saying they were in. Appointment was for 7 days out to have them installed . I decided to stop early to see if I could get themdone sooner and they accommodated me and installed all 4 tires . I always get my tires from Sam’s I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great customer service.”
