“Special thanks to everyone in produce! I am beyond amazed & touched. Gina was busy doing online orders & she walked all the way to produce to find me help. While waiting for help within 15 mins of standing still, I had 3 other REALLY nice produce guys ask if I need help & also checked on my order for me. The 2 produce ladies who brought my order to my cart, full of welcoming smiles. The bakery lady on the phone was super friendly & helpful. I had such a bad day until I met this really nice hard working staff here. Costco has very mean & rude service. I'm only shopping Sam's from now on. I just love the staff here! Beautiful store. Thank you to the gentleman cleaning the produce shelves who greeted me with a nice smile even though his job looks really hard, he made everything spotless. I appreciate all of you so much!!!”

“BJs is a great store. Lots of good stuff to buy. My wife and I were particularly impressed and thankful for the wonderful cake we had decorated for us on the spot. Fantastic! Thank you.Good produce, lots of meat options, nice bakery, with a lot of other food, clothing, and other items.The only negative was the gas station. Good price for fuel but very, very slow gas pumps. I left after only getting $20 in fuel because time is as valuable as money.”

“Always a great experience at Sam's Club...typically...lol. down load the app so you can scan and go to beat the cheak out line. This will not help with the lines to get out the door, but it usually mo es pretty quick. I recommend going during low peak hours to avoid the crowds. Pro tip* The gas station is usually open an hour after the store closes, and the lines are drastically shorter.”

“I ordered my tires online. Was called a few days later saying they were in. Appointment was for 7 days out to have them installed . I decided to stop early to see if I could get themdone sooner and they accommodated me and installed all 4 tires . I always get my tires from Sam’s I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great customer service.”
