“I love TJ Maxx. Everything is so organized and festive in there. It can be a little overwhelming but it's fun to go in and find what you need and more especially in the kitchen section. I can't imagine not finding something new that I don't like. This store is a breath of fresh air after coming from that hot mess of unorganized chaos next door. .”
“Stopped in this cute shop on a rainy Sunday. Was quickly greeted by a charming young lady. The shop is located in an old house that is very cool in itself, many rooms containing very nice displays. They showcase an eclectic variety of home decor, gifts, upcycled items, vintage and antique lots of their items were just my style. They had a fun selection of jewelry at good prices. fancy door knobs and hooks old and new. When I was ready to make my purchases, it was a friendly, quick and efficient check out. I am very happy with the goodies I bought. I don't live in the area but would definitely return to Hoo's Pickin anytime I'm in that neck of the woods. Very pleasant experience. “We love how nicely stocked and organized everything is here each time we shop. Associates are always very kind and helpful! Asa I believe his name was in electronics helped us this evening. We were looking for a certain xbox controller that was listed online and said you all had only one in stock in the store. When we got there, we didn't see any on the shelf but Asa looked up the number and was able to get a location for it in the back and even checked out the rest of our items while we were back there. The only negative thing we ever experience when going to the store is not all prices seem to be listed. Sometimes it is difficult to figure out a price without having to find an associate to check into it. Which they are always happy to do, we just wish there were more prices posted!”
