“This was the easiest and fastest experience I have ever had with getting a new phone and transferring my old phone over to it. The customer service rep that helped me was amazing! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and super fast. I am having a hard time remembering her name, but she had dirty blonde hair in a pony tail, piercing blue eyes, and tattoos on her arms. We encountered no issues along the way and I was out of there in less than an hour. The first store I went to was colonial heights and they weren't willing to help me at all. There was a sense of not being good enough to be in the store, and the receptionist at the front was rude. I will always go back to the chester location.”

“I went in to switch from and android to an iPhone. They only had one left in the store and Carol saved it for me and had it ready upon my arrival. Carol was so attentive to my needs and literally walked me through everything I needed to know about my new phone step by step. She was patient with me and provided outstanding customer service. Even when I left the store and had a question about how to set up an Apple ID I called the store and asked for her and she walked me through that over the phone. She truly cared and wanted to make sure I was happy with my new phone and knew how to work it properly. I hope her manager will see this and give her a raise. She is great at what she does. Thank you Carol. It’s rare to get great customer service anymore. You were such a breath of fresh air.”
