“I was passing through VA and a bearing went out on my trailer. I went to the Tractor Supply Store in Chester, VA and not only did I find the needed parts (with help), but the cashier (Joey) called her husband... who was off work already ... who is a master mechanic... and he came and put me all back together, even using parts from his own Supply in his truck. And.... he wouldn't take ANY MONEY for his help or his parts!!! Angels in Virginia for sure. What a blessing.”
“Customer service was very good. I had to make an amazon return and the young lady Kyla was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the store returns as well as the amazon returns. I had a few customers in front of me and she took the time needed with each one of us with a smile and pleasant attitude. It’s been awhile since I’ve experienced customer service on this level. I would like to see more people working in customer service be as polite, respectful, and professional as Kyla is.”
