I mean he even brought me the phone while it was open to show me the bad quality of work another shop had gave me. He replaced my battery and screen within 20 minutes and my phone is back to normal. “These guys are the best. Locally owned and extremely genuine. I've had several Android phones repaired here over the years, and Computer Cave has been my go to spot even compared to shops in Silicon Valley, where my husband lives. My phone kicked the bucket earlier this week, and for free, they helped me figure out if a diagnostic was even worth doing (it wasn't). My entire family is made up of analogue electrical and software engineers, but basically everyone I know absolutely hates microsoldering. These guys will do it well and for a great price, or they tell you to save your money because a new motherboard is the cost of a new phone. 100% recommend.”

I came in twice in a total panic after accidentally deleting my eSIM—the first time while setting up a temporary loaner phone, and again today right before a critical meeting. “Today I stopped in to see if my wife's iPad could be repaired. The gentleman was honest (rare and hard to find now days.) and told me that he could fix it but for an extra $125 bucks I could get a replacement with warranty from Apple or Best Buy. He based this on the new models that just came out. He was right. While he did not make a penny he told me the truth. Had he not suggest I add a few bucks for a new iPad I would probably have let him fix it. Can tell you that if I have any future problems that are NOT warranty I will be back to see these nice folks. They renewed my faith in humanity. Thank you so much!”
