“These guys are the best. Locally owned and extremely genuine. I've had several Android phones repaired here over the years, and Computer Cave has been my go to spot even compared to shops in Silicon Valley, where my husband lives. My phone kicked the bucket earlier this week, and for free, they helped me figure out if a diagnostic was even worth doing (it wasn't). My entire family is made up of analogue electrical and software engineers, but basically everyone I know absolutely hates microsoldering. These guys will do it well and for a great price, or they tell you to save your money because a new motherboard is the cost of a new phone. 100% recommend.”

She did an awesome job in communicating my need with the customer service department, advocating for me and resolved my issue to have my service reconnected due to no fault of my own or Metro PCS. She was extremely helpful in assisting with the transfer of my Apple phone, After the Apple Store in Short Pump created an issue with me continuing service. “I went there in order to pay on my bill since their customer service department was off line for a week... Both the sales persons were very nice and patiently waited on me. The head guy there helped me by installing the app so I could finally pay my bill to get my phone back on. I even purchased some additional accessories for my phone while I was there... It was exceptional customer service and I will go back again when need be!”

I was switching from android to apple for the first time and Veronica made the transition seemless. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had about the tech, transferring a new line onto the account and getting the most for my trade in. We worked with Tia for another upgrade a month later and she was just as sharp and helpful.
I’ve been to a bunch of stores in the Richmond area during the past 20 years and this location has been far and away the best experience I’ve had! Everyone here seems to take pride in the work and that hasn’t been my impression previously. We will only be going to this location going forward!”

“I don't have enough time to write the details, but Joey and the other 2 fellas (who's names I forgot to ask) who helped me and welcomed me and were so patient with the problems I'm having switching back from Consumer Cellular to ATT (which I had used for over 20 years, including landlines back in the day) were amazing. Joey's experience and thorough persistence helped me get through so many steps to get ATT working on my old Samsung Note 9 after CC trial. ATT always worked for me before I tried a switch. I was just trying to save $. He made calls and connections that other agents at other locations and over the phone did not pursue. He is a gem! Thank you so much guys!”
