I’ve been going to this PetSmart for a very long time and have always had a great experience (less one recent experience with someone else a couple weeks ago, but I’m not going to let one person overshadow the excellent service I have otherwise gotten). Delainey, Imani, and Safiyyah have ALWAYS been so welcoming, sweet, and helpful. Safiyyah actually remembers my new cat’s name and asks about her (by name) whenever I see her working. All these ladies have proven they are invested in and dedicated to their customers and providing excellent customer service EVERY TIME. I can’t thank y’all enough; you ladies have renewed my faith that there are still some good, caring, and genuine people in this world. I’ve been dealing with the loss of my boy cat, as well as adjusting to a new kitten and things have been especially challenging with going through all of that. Thank you for being kind and compassionate and treating me like not only a valued customer, but also like a valued human being in general. Please keep up the great work!l

10120 Chester Road, ChesterMy pup Kova is a 100lb white German Shepherd (shedder). She has had horrible experiences at 2 other large pet groomers. She’s barred from grooming there because she gets “aggressive”. I say when you burn her with the dryer and make her bleed she has a reason to bare her teeth in dislike. The GodFather has renewed my love of groomers. Kova loves going walking in. She’s happy and has adjusted to a loving, tender and caring environment. Her nails are always perfect and her hair..all of it …trimmed and washed to perfection.

Burrito bowl with shrimp - large amount of shrimp and everything was extremely fresh. I did throw some salsa on it but it's just because of how good the salsa was with the chips.
Camarones cancun - lots of shrimp, pineapple was fresh and good, had a little heat to it but very good.

Beers were very reasonable at HH pricing. Two domestic drafts were 3.25 each. Bartender was very nice. Nice they had the Orioles game on as well. If I'm back in this area, I'll definitely be back.
