I’ve been going to this PetSmart for a very long time and have always had a great experience (less one recent experience with someone else a couple weeks ago, but I’m not going to let one person overshadow the excellent service I have otherwise gotten). Delainey, Imani, and Safiyyah have ALWAYS been so welcoming, sweet, and helpful. Safiyyah actually remembers my new cat’s name and asks about her (by name) whenever I see her working. All these ladies have proven they are invested in and dedicated to their customers and providing excellent customer service EVERY TIME. I can’t thank y’all enough; you ladies have renewed my faith that there are still some good, caring, and genuine people in this world. I’ve been dealing with the loss of my boy cat, as well as adjusting to a new kitten and things have been especially challenging with going through all of that. Thank you for being kind and compassionate and treating me like not only a valued customer, but also like a valued human being in general. Please keep up the great work!l

The smell was unbearable, but somehow they got him completely clean without irritating his skin. I liked that they used gentle products because he reacts badly to strong shampoos. The only issue was parking being difficult during busy hours, though that’s not really the shop’s fault. Staff were friendly and didn’t seem rushed even with several dogs coming in and out nonstop.

The technique both used in our visit was calming and my kitten felt nervous, but was happy after the visit. She is great after working with CCAS and I would highly recommend coming here.

4640 Chester Square Rd, ChesterWe had wonderful services when we’ve taken our cat to see Dr. Mason due to an upper respiratory infection. We were able to get an appointment quickly to see Dr. Mason and she was able to quickly recognize what the issue was and prescribed the medication to administer Binx. Unfortunately, as Binx is an outdoor cat (daughters have allergies) it did take him longer to get over the infection, but Dr. Mason and her staff were very helpful and kind when we had to bring him in for a second time. Dr. Mason didn’t run any unnecessary tests and treated Binx very conservatively. Overall experience was exceptional!

4418 W Hundred Rd, ChesterMy first time. Dec 6. It was different and very pleasant. It's a wholesome place. I felt very welcomed. Im sure to meet many interesting new friends if I keep going. Definitely a change from other clubs. The beer was good and I'm not a beer drinker. They had wine too. I will try the wine next time. Now I know why the parking lot is packed when I pass by in my car. Im glad I finally gave it a try.

I was out that way one day and ordered there to take home and was instantly in love! It's been a looooong to since I had a good spot! I always crave Chinese and always get disappointed. This place should be 5☆ I hope yal keep up the great work! And the service is perfect! They are not rude.

If not serving customers they are cleaning or restocking etc. If you order a quart it is fully packed, labelled and dated. Five stars!!!

This one has a fireplace cozy seating the staff is very friendly and super fast and I will say they do make better coffee mixtures than the other two Starbucks that I also very much like

Burrito bowl with shrimp - large amount of shrimp and everything was extremely fresh. I did throw some salsa on it but it's just because of how good the salsa was with the chips.
Camarones cancun - lots of shrimp, pineapple was fresh and good, had a little heat to it but very good.

Beers were very reasonable at HH pricing. Two domestic drafts were 3.25 each. Bartender was very nice. Nice they had the Orioles game on as well. If I'm back in this area, I'll definitely be back.

Service was good, place was quiet. This was our 1st visit since the change of ownership. They need to try harder.
