We first visited back in December when our cat when into heart failure and suddenly refused all food. The wonderful woman working there walked with us around the store suggesting the stinkiest, highest-calorie foods for our cat to try (and we found a winner she still loves!). In subsequent visits, she remembered our situation and always checks in on how our cat is doing. We love RedRidge!

10426 Ridgefield Parkway, HenricoThis is the second time we've been here but the first time that I personally dropped off my fuzzy boy Snow for de-matting and light sanitary trim. I have to say that I love how this location feels. Its very cute and cozy. The staff was nice and patient with me since I was a little spacey and tired. They had the most gorgeous and sweet cat maning the front desk. I had to take a picture of her to show my family. My cat was purring so much when I picked him up and he was looking soft and dapper. He was severely matted and he wouldnt let me brush him out. Luckily, this team always has two people working on one cat and they were able to brush him out gently without needing to shorten his hair, I prefer him fuzzy. I am very satisfied with the service and will be coming back again.

Kind staff at the front desk, everyone is understanding, the vets are always happy to walk through your options (including price) and explain how it all works, they never do work without your consent, and I often find that, in an emergency, I’m able to get an appointment quickly. I can call or email with questions and have confidence they’ll get back to me within a day or two, and they recently got an app that makes reordering medicine and making appointments much easier!

Our pup did great in puppy classes, but when he started exhibiting unwanted behaviors during basic training classes, we worked with Kasey 1:1 and couldn’t be more thankful for her help. We’ve learned the obedience, but the biggest help has been learning to shape his behavior and mindset to be a calmer and more secure dog. He would not be flourishing now without her help.
I also appreciate the flexibility in making up classes if you miss one, the experiences with play groups and pack walks, and always being approachable and accessible for questions. The team’s passion is unmatched. 10/10, highly recommend.

3950 Westerre Parkway, HenricoWe stayed here last minute one night. Check in was easy. The lobby was open and clean. Our room was fine and I liked the balcony! There is an indoor pool but no hot tub. The staff was friendly during my stay. The shower was cold is my only complaint. I let it run more than 5 minutes to see if that would help and ended up just having to jump in and shiver. It never got beyond lukewarm. There is no free breakfast but there was complimentary coffee and some nearby breakfast restaurants. It seemed safe to park outside the hotel. Overall a good choice for hotel except the cold shower.

The food quality was excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The steak burrito had great flavor, although I would have liked to see a little more steak inside. Despite that, the ingredients worked well together and made for an enjoyable meal.
The cheese fries were especially good—crispy, flavorful, and generously topped.
What stood out most was the overall quality of the food. While there is a little room for improvement with the steak portion, the taste and quality more than made up for it.
I would definitely recommend giving E-Loteria a try. If you're looking for good-quality food with great flavor, it's worth a visit, and I'll likely be back to try more items from their menu.

The atmosphere was light and airy - a nice, calming environment to share a coffee or meal with a friend and have a good chat. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

The woman working the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful, and she served up some of the best street tacos I’ve had in a long time here in Richmond, Virginia. The tacos came with cilantro, onion, and a great green sauce and without me even asking, she somehow read my mind and added grilled onions and a grilled jalapeño slice on the side.
The salsa had just the right amount of heat and flavor. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. If I had one small gripe, it would be that I wish there were a table or two inside for eating on colder days like today, but don’t let that deter you. There is outdoor seating when the weather is nice, and honestly, the food tastes just as good in the car or at home.
I even doubled back and went inside again just to thank her in person and let her know how great everything was.
