We first visited back in December when our cat when into heart failure and suddenly refused all food. The wonderful woman working there walked with us around the store suggesting the stinkiest, highest-calorie foods for our cat to try (and we found a winner she still loves!). In subsequent visits, she remembered our situation and always checks in on how our cat is doing. We love RedRidge!

Kind staff at the front desk, everyone is understanding, the vets are always happy to walk through your options (including price) and explain how it all works, they never do work without your consent, and I often find that, in an emergency, I’m able to get an appointment quickly. I can call or email with questions and have confidence they’ll get back to me within a day or two, and they recently got an app that makes reordering medicine and making appointments much easier!

3010 Hilliard Road, HenricoI was visiting the area for a couple of weeks with Blanche, my Havanese puppy, and after trying two different daycares, I was so happy to stumble upon Crate Escape. What a find!
Blanche attended daycare and also boarded for a few days, and I could not have been happier with her experience. The facility is wonderful, but what really makes this place special is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, caring, and genuinely wonderful with the dogs. I always felt confident that Blanche was being well cared for, and her behavior said it all. She was so excited to go each day, loved seeing the staff, and got along beautifully with the other puppies.
I especially love that Crate Escape is dedicated to small breeds and understands their unique needs. It creates such a comfortable, low-stress environment for little dogs, which is not easy to find.
The rates are also very fair, especially for the level of care they provide. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Crate Escape. When we visit the area again, Blanche will absolutely be back. I only wish I could replicate this exact place near home!

Our pup did great in puppy classes, but when he started exhibiting unwanted behaviors during basic training classes, we worked with Kasey 1:1 and couldn’t be more thankful for her help. We’ve learned the obedience, but the biggest help has been learning to shape his behavior and mindset to be a calmer and more secure dog. He would not be flourishing now without her help.
I also appreciate the flexibility in making up classes if you miss one, the experiences with play groups and pack walks, and always being approachable and accessible for questions. The team’s passion is unmatched. 10/10, highly recommend.

When we first moved here, my husband was insistent that we needed to find a good bagel place as soon as possible. When we found Cupertino's, we were thrilled because it turned out to be even better than the bagel place we used to go to before the move. We get bagels from them all the time, and they never disappoint. I often get lox there too, and if you are feeling something sweet, they have raised donuts as well. If you want a great bagel and more, don't sleep on Cupertino's.

The food quality was excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The steak burrito had great flavor, although I would have liked to see a little more steak inside. Despite that, the ingredients worked well together and made for an enjoyable meal.
The cheese fries were especially good—crispy, flavorful, and generously topped.
What stood out most was the overall quality of the food. While there is a little room for improvement with the steak portion, the taste and quality more than made up for it.
I would definitely recommend giving E-Loteria a try. If you're looking for good-quality food with great flavor, it's worth a visit, and I'll likely be back to try more items from their menu.

Our waitress Alex was attentive and friendly, and the two lady owners came by to make sure we were happy, which made us feel like special guests. The calm jazz music set the perfect mood for a relaxed dinner. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Greek food with real hospitality.

Great food! Great atmosphere!! Great staff w tons of personality & fun!!! They work beautifully as a huge team. Everyone is relaxed & in sync. They're an A team for any restaurant owner. There are 4 or 5 different styles of seating...the bar, the patio, the cubby's, or in a swing! A swing!! & I think there's a larger dining room. I've been many times & never made it that far in. They pour a gang of great cocktails. The decor is diverse, lively, interesting & not stale, industrial or corporate looking. And, of course, the roll up door! It's open fresh & happening!! Try this place. If it isn't your favorite place, it'll definitely be on your short list.
