“I make the drive to this store from Colonial Heights, despite there being one in my city, because the folks here are quick and have positive attitudes. It's genuinely a nice experience to go here.”

“In and out, efficient but not pushy or impatient. I don't ship things very often, but won't bother going anywhere else now that I know it's that easy.”

“Exceptional service, Joey was extremely helpful in helping me securely pack an electronic item I was shipping. Will return for sure. They don’t try to oversell or over complicate. Lots of printing stations too would 100% recommend”

“We were in town from Chicago for the National Speech and Debate Tournament in Richmond. My son (and our teammate as well) placed second and received a VERY large trophy that we could not pack in our suitcase. A great problem to have but I was nervous about it being shipped and getting lost or damaged. Well, the three employees working there around 1 pm on Saturday were absolutely WONDERFUL and took such care in custom packing the trophy. One gentleman crawled into the box to make sure the packing was secure on the bottom before putting the trophy on top. Truly went above and beyond. It arrived today in perfect condition. I’m so grateful. Highly highly recommend!”
