This time, I went in about 8 months pregnant trying to get something printed for my husband & an employee named Chris brought me a chair to sit down and be comfortable during my visit. He was also very persistent in trying to help me figure out how to get this specific job done for my husband and displayed kindness and patience even though I had no clue what I was doing lol. “We were in town from Chicago for the National Speech and Debate Tournament in Richmond. My son (and our teammate as well) placed second and received a VERY large trophy that we could not pack in our suitcase. A great problem to have but I was nervous about it being shipped and getting lost or damaged. Well, the three employees working there around 1 pm on Saturday were absolutely WONDERFUL and took such care in custom packing the trophy. One gentleman crawled into the box to make sure the packing was secure on the bottom before putting the trophy on top. Truly went above and beyond. It arrived today in perfect condition. I’m so grateful. Highly highly recommend!”
