“My experience has been great at this place. I Have had some issues since getting my car back the owner Scott both times has been on top of it. For me personally, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect to be taken care if I have an issue after the fact. That is exactly what has happened here. Integrity. A week after getting my window replaced the window came off track. I drove right into Chester autobody- Scott stopped what he was doing- Came right out worked on my door for about an hour, Stripped the whole thing down right in front of me, not only found the issue but explained what was the issue, owned up to where they could’ve been better & didn’t make me feel weird about it in the process.
I I highly doubt that they ever have cars that come back with these type of issues, I am sure I am an anomaly. I just wanted to make sure I let others know who are looking for integrity in a body shop. It is here.”

“What a terrific experience we had with Midnight Towing! Kenny brought his tow truck on a Sunday evening, when we were stuck with a flat at the edge of the highway with cars and trucks dangerously barreling past us. He not only rescued our vehicle, but us as well and drove us all of 150 miles to our home. Lots of traffic back-ups on the way, but not a single complaint from him. He even put on the spare before he left, well past midnight (they are aptly named!), so we could easily get the repair in the morning. Very safety-minded, courteous, professional, and just really personable and kind. Thank you, Midnight and Kenny!”

“Someone sideswiped me in a parking garage on Cary Street and took off without leaving a note. I was dealing with the police report and trying not to lose it when Richmond Towing's accident towing driver pulled up and just handled everything calmly. He loaded my car onto the flatbed and secured the damaged side panel so nothing would fall off during transport. The driver dropped it at the body shop my insurance adjuster recommended over on Mechanicsville Turnpike and made sure I had a receipt for the claim. Licensed and insured, which took one headache off my plate during an already terrible day. Highly recommend these guys, they turned a nightmare into something manageable!”

“Just wanted to thank Ren over at the Commerce road location. I was driving down the road and my tire pressure monitor light came on and I pulled into Leete just to see if they could check pressures and make sure I hadn’t run over a nail or risk having a blow out on the highway and Ren checked all 4 tires and the spare and found a few tires were under pressure and had tripped the tire pressure sensor. He checked for punctures & filled all tires up including the spare (which he had to crawl up underneath of my 4runner to get to) and the sensor light went away. He didn’t even charge me even though it took 10-15 minutes out of his day. I just wanted to say thanks to him and Leete for helping me out at a moments notice and ensuring my car was safe to drive. I will definitely recommend this place to other people. Thanks again.”

The lady at Mabrys told me she would have someone there in a half hour and she wasn't lying! The crew showed up got me to the main road and safely on my way!
