“Happened upon this store while looking for another Dollar Tree. I personally found the store to be clean. Lots and lots of products. Lots of Halloween. What I liked was the wide aisles. Stuff was in a little disarray but you have people digging ? through looking for items. It was bright and big. We found what we were looking for. Seasoning, Mango juice, day planner for 2023. So we left happy ?”

“I visited this store today and let me tell you, I met two of the most positive employees that I have encountered in customer service.Heavenly she was everything that you could expect from someone with such an exceptional and beautiful name. She was kind courteous and beautiful. My encounter with her literally improved my day.The line beside me her co-worker Danielle was awesome, she was working very hard she was very kind and had a great attitude towards her job and her customers. “The young lady, Erica, that was at the checkout was extremely sweet. I've never been to any Family Dollar and been treated with so much respect ever. She was very kind, well mannered, friendly and most importantly in customer service she greeted me and smiled the entire time. She had such a positive energy and I absolutely loved it. They need more and more associates like her at these Family Dollar stores. She needs to be there all the time. She actually made me want to shop more to give the business because she was so nice. I just didn't have the time to continue. Give her a raise and more hours. She deserves it. People like her need to be recognized and sometimes are not. “Extremely messy. Shelves are dang near empty. Not surprising really, considering the pandemic. I was looking for a pair of men's sweat pants but couldn't find it. Where the men's clothes were supposed to be, toddler clothes were there. Maybe they were in the middle of moving their setup or something..? Dunno. Be prepared to have some time to be able to adventure throughout the store to find what you're looking for.”

“Our go to spot for years. I'm glad they got craft products in for the children. they have done an amazing job cleaning the place up because an old building next door was run down and causing them to have rats and bugs their fault. The staff is always very polite and friendly. They are quick to help you find what you need and they try to get you in and out as fast as possible. This is a really bad area of town and they deal with a lot of bad customers so I commend them for all they do.”

“I went to pick up a few things and I had a very pleasant experience in dollar general. What I really liked was when I couldn't find an item and asked the associate where the item was. She took the time to show me instead of telling me where it was. Sometimes it's hard to find an item especially when you leave your eye glasses at home by mistake. So it's excellent when you are shown instead of being pointed in the right direction.”

“I shop at this FD location exclusively. I usually shop here the 1st week of every month and every other week as needed. Employees are always welcoming, courteous and helpful. Occasionally the appearance of the store is a bit discombobulated, however it's due to the employees having to multitask. It can't be easy having to count and stock inventory while providing great customer service. Would be very helpful if FD could hire someone to come in whose primary job is to make sure the store is neat, & tidy. Besides the occasional untidiness of the store this FD location is on point.”
