“I want to give a 5 but can’t, yet, as a business customer. Staff is all very friendly, helpful and professional to the best of their ability. I say to the best of their ability because of what I will share below. Which is why I hope the owner reads this.

This location is in a high growth area where I assume demand for business mailboxes will increase. The store size will become a problem (is a problem during holiday periods) and the lack of store sophistication, particularly for business services, is a problem, compared to other locations.

Box renewal reminders and the ease of renewing the box annually is a challenge - really outdated process. I get phone calls but when I call back I get a busy signal often. Renewed over the phone but no method to email me a payment receipt?

Last Christmas this store was so overrun they couldn’t find one of my packages until February. Finally, I have always been able to buy stamps for business use at other UPS stores. This location never has any.”

“Great help yesterday with a bunch of Amazon returns and a couple of items to ship. Special shout out to Justice who helped my mom work through the Amazon app to process her returns. Very professional and exceptional service from the three person team at the store.”

“I just wanted to share that I had a most delightful experience at the Col Hts UPS store.

I didn't get the young man's name - he was working Sunday morning (approximately 10:15 am).

I was greeted upon entering, he immediately took my package that was heavy and cumbersome to carry, and was the politeness young person I have encounteted in quite some time.

He is definitely an asset to UPS and I hope the company has plans on his moving up in the ranks.

“This is my local PO. I have always had a good experience. The staff is professional and friendly. I ship Priority Mail to Hawai'i from here, and it has arrived in as quick as 2 days.

I will say that there are many unruly and unkind customers, which in my opinion explains the 3 star ratings.

The staff has to deal with such customers day in and day out, and they do so professionally.

USPS is a Federal job. They don't care about Google reviews. It doesn't hurt nor help them. They just continue doing their job day in and day out, and do it well.

I just wanted to call it like I see it and give credit where it's due.

“I would’ve given a 10 bc the service has always been great. But for an occurrence on 7/3/25 around 12:25pm. My mom brought the wrong package to the store to be returned. I called the store 25 minutes later to see if I could retrieve the package as it had just been delivered to our house that morning with new products. There were 2 employees working and I recognize both. I was told the package had already been picked up by the UPS truck & I’d have to call them directly to sort things out. That’s not the issue bc the problem was our mistake. The problem was I was lied to by the initial employee bc when I called UPS they said no the truck didn’t pick up until much later in the day & they could tell by the code I gave that the package was still in the Busy Street store #6354. I quickly called back and the other employee answered-thankfully! When I told him the package hadn’t been pu he was upfront and said there were close to 100 packages there and it was a high likelihood he wouldn’t find it. But he’d try. He called me back within minutes and had located it! What a lifesaver!!! His name is Edwin. He went above & beyond, was ethical, honest, and set my expectations. His taking a few extra minutes during his busy day to try to help me saved me so much time in rectifying what could’ve been a big time consuming effort on my part. I won’t mention the employee’s name who lied, was lazy, and unhelpful. But you’ve got the date & time so can research that to see who else was working. Edwin deserves a raise and a shout out! That’s the kind of employer you want on your team representing your company!”
