“Anne is very professional as well as personable. Even though I would probably pay less to mail my package at the post office I chose coming where I am welcomed and I have a confidence that I will be treated with kindness and respect. I highly recommend the office on Gayton in Henrico Va.”

“Brian my service professional at the UPS Store on Grove in Richmond, VA was SOO helpful and nice. I needed to overnight a fragile gift to California and he could not have been more accommodating. He made sure everything was very secure, and worked with me to find the best price while still getting it to my friend in time. I was so impressed with how willing he was to make my priority his priority. Kind, polite, quick, and he was also multitasking with like - a billion other people in the store since his partner was on his lunch break.”
