“I dropped off a package at this UPS store yesterday. I needed to make some copies of some documents and asked how the copy machines worked.
Miles, the employee who was waiting on me, said he would make them for me. He took my copies over to the copier and carefully checked whether there was printing on one side or both sides of the sheet. He kept them separate and put them into piles of originals and copies. While he was doing this, he would politely step aside if another employee needed to make some copies for other people who were in line. This was done seamlessly.
Every time I’ve gone to the UPS location, it has been very very busy. All of the employees work very hard and as quickly as possible to get everyone through as quickly as they can. I was very impressed with how kind and professional Miles was and wanted them to know that he’s doing an excellent job for them.”
