“I have been a bargain hunting thrift store shopper my whole life. This one is in the top 3 in the Richmond area. They have new merchandise as well. It is neat, organized, clean and the staff are always so pleasant. I think that may be what I appreciate the most.”
“I was looking t for a stackable washer n dryer and ran across this place on Facebook. I let them know I was coming to get it and I paid my money and the guy helped me load it in my truck. It was fast and easy and my washer is working as if it’s brand new. They even gave me the hoses for the washer when they noticed I didn’t have any. I HIGHLY reccomend curleys.”

“I'm a big fan of this store - I go here a few times a month. You can definitely find some gems. Prices are a little high, and sometimes I wonder if they are trying to match online prices. I would probably spend twice as much if they lowered them a bit! I'd recommend lowering prices on books, dvds and cds especially. But I am a loyal customer either way and can easily spend over an hour in here each visit.”

“My go to Goodwill in the Chesterfield area. The prices have gotten a little steep. Sometimes they mark the more expensive shoes with magic markers that cannot be removed and they cover the bottom of glassware with stickers and one cannot see where it was made or by whom. These are my two pet peeves.”
“Love this place just like any other Goodwill it's always a hit and miss sometimes you find really good stuff sometimes you don't it's all part of the hunts, Happy hunting!”
“Regenesis is my favorite place to go shop they have so many awesome things and the staff are just as wonderful. I’m always treated great especially by the manager Cierra. She is always so positive and bubbly that no matter what mood I’m in when I arrive I leave in the most upbeat and happy mood so all in all I love regenesis and the staff”

“I’ve shopped here several times whenever I’m up to visit My Army Buddy… in fact this last time I told Him that I wasn’t even packing anything in My bag because I was going back to the goodwill! I did just that!!! I bought 6 nice shirts… (2 News/tags)!!! Can You believe it??? Total was less than $17… of course I rounded up… This blows away the Salvage Army store back Home… although We do have something called the Palmer Home back in MS!!! It’s pretty nice! but not as nice as the Chesterfield GW!!! I can’t wait to go back… I'm going to bring two bags on the plane next time!!!”

“Regensis is literally the best thrift store around. Tbey are clean, friendly, and Christian based. They also have a wonderful D.O.C Program if you ever find yourself or a loved one in legal trouble. Just tell them to check into the regensis program for you. They give you a halfway house to live in and you work there and it also counts towards community service hours as well. And the best part of all, ALLLLLLL CLOTHING, ACCESSORlES, SHOES, HATS, pretty much anything you can wear and a lil more items are all half off on the first Saturday of the month. Literally 4 times I've had an issue with not being able to pay or haven't had enough and I swear to you they told me to go ahead home have a good night and don't worry about paying I literally love the store”
“I go to maaaany Goodwills all the time and let me tell you.. this place is lovely. Just a nice, wholesome Goodwill. Nice people, normal prices. Only issue is that the bathroom seems like it's never really cleaned? I'm always pretty offended by the gross walking in, but the rest of the store is great. So it has its pros and cons, but I'd definitely still visit. And will. ?”

“Prices here are pretty reasonable!! I got an Under- Armour hoodie $7.99, Nautica Shirt & a Nike backpack ( looked like it had never even been used), all for $20!! The quality was good & have a pretty big variety of clothing!! I would definitely recommend this place!! Only thing they don't have ALOT of is shoes!!”
“I finally have some time to send a BIG thank you to Michael at the retore in Chesterfield.
I’ve been visiting the ReStore at Chesterfield Towne Center consistently for the past few weeks, and every single time, I’ve been warmly greeted by Michael. Whether it's a cheerful “Where have you been?” or “I haven’t seen you in a while,” his friendly and familiar energy makes walking through those doors such a joy. Even when I was just there the week before, he still made me feel like a valued guest.
Michael creates such a positive and inviting atmosphere—it truly transforms the shopping experience. As a realtor, I often look for creative giveaway items, and during one visit, I spotted some beautiful bottles that would be perfect. When I mentioned this to Michael, he didn’t hesitate. He said, “We’ve got a few more in the back,” and came out with not just a few, but eight boxes! When I asked if there were more, he smiled and said, “I got you,” and came back with the rest. Thanks to him, I was able to purchase them all—and left with a cart full of treasures and a heart full of gratitude.
Michael also remembered that I love gardening (how sweet) and kindly reminded me that the potato slips had arrived. I was so excited I practically ran to get them! His thoughtfulness and attentiveness go above and beyond.
I honestly don’t know what I’d do if Michael wasn’t at the ReStore. He is the heart of that location—kind, gracious, and always ready to help. He makes every visit worthwhile, and his presence is a true gift to the community. Thank you, Michael, for always going the extra mile (just for me :) I know for everyone who enters the store!”

“I went to the sale here yesterday and got a TON of stuff. The staff were super nice and attentive, especially Marguerite. She checked in on me multiple times while I was shopping and offered to bring stuff up behind the counter so I wasn’t carrying too much, and it was super helpful. She checked me out and was very friendly, and it’s obvious she cares about the customer experience. I will definitely be back!”
