“Very nice store inside since the remolding due to the fire. They have a nice selection of just about anything that you can think of!!! Staff was also super nice and friendly.”

“Sandstone Market is basically the king of Lee Highway, especially when it's just one of two gas stations until you hit Christiansburg. Compared to the prehistoric Sunoco down the street, Sandstone's practically futuristic. Sure, their pumps are old, but at least they have card readers, unlike Sunoco, which is still living in the dark ages. If you're too scared to swipe at the pump, you can always go inside to pay, but at least Sandstone gives you the choice. Sunoco? Not so much.”
“If I could give this place no stars I would. One is being to friendly. The owner of this establishment is one of the most absolutely horrible people I've ever come across. How on Earth it's still operating I will never know. I will NEVER return and made that public of how he treats paying customers.
Update as of 2023: I in fact DID stop by in desperate need of a cold soda. The man behind the counter was absolutely phenomenal ? Very kind and we even laughed, a lot! Guessing they changed owners or workers? But I say, keep it up!!!”

“We are pulling our RV so need to stop at truck stops. This one is on the small side but had plenty of room for us to get diesel in the truck lanes. The store isn't fancy but had restrooms and lots of snacks. The BBQ smelled so good but we didn't get to try it this time!”

“So I went in the other day to get some gas and I was starving. I noticed that the little grill/deli in there had been turned into a chicken place. I figured I'd try it, it smelled good and looked fresh. I got a 6 pc tenders with some potato wedges and those tenders were HUGE!!! I mean it was $14.99 for the food but it was enough for me and my 19 year old son to split and both be full. It was so juicy and the breading was crispy and very well flavored. Better than any of the classic fast food chicken you can get!Don't tell my grandma... It's better than her chicken too! ?”

“I was in management for 15 years. So, I automatically picked up on the exceptional cleanliness, the products are always stocked and available. The friendly cashiers really make a regular customer feel welcome. They treat you kindly, with a warm welcome. I just got a cheese pizza with my rewards. It’s was so good. I’ll be buying more. This store is my go to and I’m grateful for the fact that they always have what I need available.”

“I stop often to refuel as it is the midpoint between my two destinations. The folks who work at this store are always polite, professional, and helpful. They take the time to point out the best deals on food and drink items which I really appreciate. On my frequent trips, I make it a point to trade with this 7-Eleven exclusively.”
“Tuesday and Thursday are the best days to go to Duck in Deli #6 the breakfast will be fresh and hot.
There is a new cook there in the morning that cooks like Grandma and he does really good on his biscuits they are buttered and soft and they just melt with flavor in your mouth ? lip smacking good still taste the sausage and egg, cheese biscuits.

“Pumps are Easy-In/Easy-Out for both Gas and Diesel, including for RVs. The signs are misleading though. If you need Diesel, follow the ‘Truck/RV’ signs (they don’t say ‘Diesel’). If you want Gas, even if an RV or Truck, follow the ‘Cars’ sign.”
“This Walgreens seems to receive a lot of bad reviews and I would agree that there are several female attendants at the drive thru that are "very matter of fact" and have the personality of a log. However, excellent service needs to be recognized when it occurs and that is what I want to do here. The last several times I have picked up prescriptions at this Walgreens, which I have been going to for over a decade now, there has been a young man named Brandon attending the drive thru that is absolutely exceptional. He always greets the customer with a smile, pleasant greetings, and very prompt service. One simply could not ask for better. I will always try to pick up my prescriptions when I know Brandon is there. I hope the manager of this Walgreens recognizes how valuable this young man is to the customer service experience and he needs to be rewarded for his exceptional service.”
“I have been using this Walgreens for over 20 years now and have never had any issues with prescriptions. They are always filled well before I get there to pick them up. Jessica is a great pharmacist and much better than the ones that used to be there in the past. Also, tonight, there was a young man with beautiful curly black hair that was very very friendly, courteous, efficient, and kind. I have never seen him before. I hope he stays there because he is the best. Unfortunately, he was not wearing a name tag so I can't reference his name. He is the best attendant they have had since Tyler Dymond left there 3-4 years ago.Update: The young man was there this evening (4/13/22). He is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, courteous, and efficient. He is clearly one of the best ever to work there!”
