In the end, it was Ankur who discovered the root cause of the problem, and with his guidance, my eSIM’s calling and messaging functions were successfully restored.
During the process, my phone was low on battery, and Ankur kindly brought me a charger and patiently waited while my phone completed a system update — which honestly took nearly an hour?Throughout the entire process, he remained incredibly patient and supportive until everything was fully resolved.
