“Walked into the office to ask for an oil change and tire rotation and Ricky provided lots of useful information regarding oil changes and tire rotations as well as the frequency of those. He then went on to discuss some additional automotive stuff that broadened my perspective.”

“This place, Mike & Roger R in particular, were a GIFT from Heaven to my daughter & me. We were half way to North Carolina when my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland started spewing the most noxious smell. We pulled off at the nearest exit and found the Exxon at 12850 Gordon. Before we even exited our car, the guys were COURTEOUS, WELCOMING, ATTENTIVE, ASSURING & RESPECTFUL & they knew just what to do. Without them, I would have been utterly lost and without knowledge of how to proceed & more importantly what was best for proceeding. They got us taken care of within a FRACTION of what they could have run anyone around for. My daughter and I were beyond grateful to feel truly looked after as if these men were our own family and loved ones. THANK YOU to the entire team. These guys are WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD. So so grateful”

“Amarjit Singh is a pleasure to deal with, and everyone at Exxon is courteous and kind. The mechanics are quick and will explain everything patiently. Our family has come here for inspection and repair for over 15 years and everything is always amazing.”
“Nice staff, they were really packed when I first brought my car and told me to come back the following day. Took them all day to get to it, but I'm happy with the work.”
“Exceptional customer service. Overall the service was excellent and Orlando (Antonio) the mechanic did an incredible job with my 07 honda civic. Also Gabe was very patience and understanding that says alot about the quality of the service. Both guys deserved to be acknowledged for their incredible service and work. Excellent customer service overall from the mechanic Antonio and Gabe”

“We have an excellent experience with Salam’s auto service. He is highly efficient and handled everything in a timely manner without cutting corners. His professionalism really stood out. What impressed me most was how reliable he is. You can truly count on him to deliver quality service every time. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better.
If you’re looking for a reliable auto service that is efficient, professional, and fairly priced, I highly recommend Salam.”

“Rapid response to engine light! Anticipated other issues my car will have over the next few months, e.g. rotating tires, and I will be back for that! Such a courteous, no-pressure staff. Thank you!”
“I visited this morning for my car inspection and i got impressed! The place just started doing inspections on Sundays, and the inspector Amin was very professional, Friendly and helpful. He even offered me free coffee while I waited. The sitting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. I really recommend this place , great service and great people!”
“Long overdue review. This is the shop I recommend to family and friends. Sandy and Paul are honest, professional, and affordable. I am a car guy and would not trust anyone else to work on my or my family's car.”
“This establishment must be protected at all cost alongside the staffs! They got me, now I’ll never go anywhere else! Amazing top notch services! DMV I found your go to place! Kobe and Abdul you guys rock! Thank you for giving us quality services at affordable prices! Kadir you’re a star! ⭐️?✨”
“I don't want they need to come to eat this restaurant come it's very nice food. I'm very nice service and the people who's walking it very good people.”
“Been coming here for oil changes and state inspections for many years. Prices for services outside of inspections are what you'd expect. But when it comes to car mechanics, can't put a price on honesty. Very trustworthy people working here. Most of the low star reviews is based on waiting times, which is kind of out of their control.”
“Aaron is very helpful and friendly. He doesn’t try to rip off customers — instead, he thinks from the customer’s perspective and gives honest opinions. I definitely recommend him and believe he deserves more than 5 stars!”

“Normally the lowest prices around, the wait is ok but can be long. early in the morning is the best time. So far I have not experienced a jerk who cuts the line or creates chaos. There have been several people who had no idea how to pump the gas though, which is amazing and scary at the same time.”
“Used the mobile app for gas. Quick and easy once set up. Shortens time for a refill due to not having to waste time getting reciepts or having to grab your card, putting it away, or waiting for the machine to read it.”

“Great premium fuel at a low cost. If you don't have a membership you should have your head examined. Just the savings at the pumps alone is a no brainer. Plus all the savings inside the store.”

“They recently remodeled this Fairfax location and it’s a game changer! They added more gas pumps, so the lines move much faster now and wait times have dropped significantly. Getting in and out is so much smoother than before. Highly recommend if you want cheap gas without the long wait! Five stars.”

“Since additional pumps have been installed, the lines are not so bad. The staff is available and always there to help out. The price is also one of the best in town.”
“I have been going to this Shell station for several years and I am impressed with the kind and friendly manager and staff. The store and pump areas are always clean and well maintained. It's nice to be greeted by friendly people!”
“Several years I started going here because it was convenient and it had a good reputation. I am always suspect of auto repair places because it is really hard to tell if someone is feeding you a line in order for you to spend more money. Sayed and his crew have won me over and I implicitly trust what he says! confidently, I recommend him and his team.”
“The inspectors are awesome, sometimes the wait is long but it all depends on what time of the day you get there and how bad your vehicle is. Yes it is very thorough inspection and it takes time, I don't mind it because it is for my family safety. Customers get upset if thats the case find another location.”

“I love how super helpful and friendly the staff is here. I go here at least if not twice a month. It's wonderful how not only do they have fuel for the car, but treats for my fur babies and treats for me!”
“Finding a truly trustworthy mechanic isn’t easy, but when you find an establishment you can rely on, you just know it. That’s exactly how I feel about this BP station and auto repair shop. The main reason I continue to bring my car here is Salman. He is exceptionally kind, honest, and operates with complete integrity. It makes all the difference knowing my vehicle is in good hands with someone who truly cares about doing the right thing for his customers. Highly recommended!”

“Just went in for an oil change for my really old odyssey and he was great. He was like a good dad concerned with my life choices. Late inspections / emissions, busted rear shocks leaking oil and wondered how I got around without getting into trouble. I appreciated his concerns very much.
Everything is all good now and I am very grateful.”
