“Nick was absolutely amazing!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We had an awful experience at the Tyson UPS office and will never visit them again, Maple Ave has won our business. I had to do a set of fingerprints, and mail off 3 different documents. Nick explained the process of each one and verified each package for me, during verification I noticied one of my forms was incorrect. Nick waited for me to find the right form, assisted in printing it off, and getting my packages off safely with tracking. This is how it should be done! I feel confident that my packages are in good hands. Excellent customer service. Thanks Nick!”

I was about to pay out of pocket at UPS to box and send, but the owner said let me look at something. He found the QR code needed to where Verizon paid for everything. “Excellent customer service!! I work at Mustang Sally Brewing Co. and needed quality poster prints for hanging in our tasting room. My adobe file had very bright hues to it that had difficulty being printed to accuracy, and Diego was so patient and knowledgeable in ways to adjust the image so that it printed correctly. He worked with me and printed multiple example sheets so I could see and approve what the final print would be. It came out perfect! For a comparable price to Office Depot, I got: AMAZING customer service, ability to verify quality and satisfaction with the print, and way better glossy paper material than what I would have gotten for the same price at Office Depot. Max Prints, thanks for helping our business!! We will definitely be returning.”

I sent the PDFs to him, who reached out with me to confirm pricing before proceeding - in the end, his feedback resulted in a really beautiful program and seating chart at a better price than Staples or FedEx.
