“I am making wedding invitations so I called to speak with somebody in the printing department to see if they would print on a certain size card stock.After being assured they could print on cardstock the conversation ended.A few minutes later, I was called back by the employee to inform me that their manager had corrected their misinformation. They could not help me with the card stock I was curious about, but there were several options available at their location and we were able to work something out.I applaud the efforts of the employee whos name escapes me at the moment. They made a human-error, then rectified the situation before I spent a lot of money on invitations.That bought my respect and trust. I intend on using this location whenever a need arises.Kudos team! “There are so many businesses and people who do not give the kind of excellent service my husband and I experienced yesterday at the Burke UPS store. I had a number of returns to make to Amazon and I chose to do it through this particular UPS store in Burke as we have always been pleased with our service there. My husband at 84 has asthma & COPD and can’t exert himself as it makes it difficult to breathe. I am 80 and fell a few days ago. I thought I just had a sprained ankle but 2 days later discovered I had a fracture. So I called this store and spoke to a delightful young man named JD. He said to come by and he would facilitate getting my returns into the store for us from our car. And as promised, I called when we got there and JD said he would be out in 5 minutes. I told him I could see he was busy (at least 5 or 6 more clients arrived right after we did) but he assured me it would be no problem. Sure enough, within a very short time, he came out and took my returns from the back seat and said he would be right back with our receipt. I could not have asked for better service anywhere. If we could not get that help, we might have missed the return deadline. Thanks again, JD.”

I hired Abba Design to do a few things for our company: Polos with company logo, baseball caps with logo, fleece sweaters, jackets, business cards, full vehicle wrap... they've been great. Prompt service, friendly staff, they've been a pleasure to work with. What most impressed me was the Vehicle wrap. Mauricio got the 3D render design and was able to print / wrap our company van down the millimeter. The hinges, the door handles, the license plate, the lights, everything fits perfectly. Highly recommend, I'm their current client and will continue to do business with them.”

“A few weeks ago I had to visit Manassas for a funeral. I was responsible for having the funeral programs printed and folded but had just lost my grandmother and had no idea what I was doing. The entire staff, but particularly the manager on duty, worked their tails off to help me. They even brought me tissues and comforted me when I couldn’t contain my emotion. There were other customers present and the staff still attended to them and called them by name. “I've been printing our annual holiday letter at Office Depot every year until December for close to 15 years. It's just 200 color two-sided copies, pretty straightforward. I apply a corporate discount card to give me a significant discount on the total price.After a terrible experience at the Chantilly location, I went directly to Fairfax and thankfully had a positive experience.It was a Wednesday evening, store was quiet, 2.5 hours before closing. I walked right up with my file on a USB drive, and the Print Center employee printed my letter in under 10 minutes. She said the new corporate purchasing card rate is a flat 30% off, which is something new for 2023 and double what I paid last year per my receipt, but that's not on her. I thanked the woman profusely for handling my print job immediately and alleviating some of my holiday stress, especially after what I encountered at the Chantilly location.I'll be taking my business to Fairfax from now on!”
