“I would like to give Rodney and his UPS store a HUGE s/o and THANK YOU all the way down in South Carolina!! Yes! SC??! I don't live in Rodney's direct service area, but he still went above and beyond to help me locate my package and intercepted the return to sender shipment after I missed the 3rd delivery attempt due to the time of delivery and my schedule. He secured my package at a UPS location 25 to 30 minutes from my house for me to pick up TODAY?‼️ I can't thank him enough!! THANK YOU Rodney!! Customer service at it's finest ???‼️”

“There are so many businesses and people who do not give the kind of excellent service my husband and I experienced yesterday at the Burke UPS store. I had a number of returns to make to Amazon and I chose to do it through this particular UPS store in Burke as we have always been pleased with our service there. My husband at 84 has asthma & COPD and can’t exert himself as it makes it difficult to breathe. I am 80 and fell a few days ago. I thought I just had a sprained ankle but 2 days later discovered I had a fracture. So I called this store and spoke to a delightful young man named JD. He said to come by and he would facilitate getting my returns into the store for us from our car. And as promised, I called when we got there and JD said he would be out in 5 minutes. I told him I could see he was busy (at least 5 or 6 more clients arrived right after we did) but he assured me it would be no problem. Sure enough, within a very short time, he came out and took my returns from the back seat and said he would be right back with our receipt. I could not have asked for better service anywhere. If we could not get that help, we might have missed the return deadline. Thanks again, JD.”

“A few weeks ago I had to visit Manassas for a funeral. I was responsible for having the funeral programs printed and folded but had just lost my grandmother and had no idea what I was doing. The entire staff, but particularly the manager on duty, worked their tails off to help me. They even brought me tissues and comforted me when I couldn’t contain my emotion. There were other customers present and the staff still attended to them and called them by name. They treated me and my family like we were family and I couldn’t have shared my grandmothers story without them. Supreme customer service, all around a fantastic group of people to work with.”

“My sons senior night for football was on a Friday. I ordered big heads from an individual and the quality was awful. I didn’t get the big heads from the individual until Thursday at 9pm. I emailed Jen at the UPS store that night, knowing they were closed. Jen responded to me an hour before they opened on Friday, assuring me that she could help me. She was able to get me all 16 big heads, of 12 different players, by 5pm! She saved the day and helped to make senior night special. Jen was very patient, helped work through picture quality issues and explained the process. The big heads were very well made. I highly recommend this store!!”

“I came on a slow day so I was able to get help for the lamination service. They have pretty much everything here from printer, lamination, shipping, with other things to shop for like cards and books. It was my time using the lamination service so if you’re going to use it too. Use the provided white pocket folder to cover the lamination so it rolls through the laminator. Else it won’t be able to roll through the machine”

“Update following the below review:I received a call from a manager ensuring the predetermined date (after the initial one failed) was acceptable with my schedule. She also called following the installation of the stovetop (on a Saturday mind you) to confirm everything went according to plan. I also brought up that I was scheduled to have a fridge picked up, but had yet to receive a call or notice from the proposed driver. She put me on a brief hold and informed me that a driver nearby would come pick it up within 5-10 minutes. Sure enough, they came and left with the fridge within 5 minutes.The first delivery through JB Hunt went well - they called 30 minutes prior to making their delivery and were on-time; however, the second delivery went considerably less well. They never provided a courtesy call, nor care to back up their supposed excuse of a process. After speaking with their representatives, they informed me that they are unable to re-route their driver (who failed to provide me with a courtesy call and rang the doorbell and left immediately afterwards). I now have to take additional time off work to meet their scheduling demands once their "system processes" the request for another delivery attempt. So unfortunate that companies have to rely on them.”
