“i didn’t even known they existed in this shopping center. i was headed to The UPS store much further away but stopped for a drink at Panera. i looked up and they were right there in the strip mall. not only did it save me time, but AJ the Owner and the woman working there were both so friendly. all the customers in the store were enjoying themselves and the conversation. we were even talking to each other. when did you feel like community in a store, nevermind a postal supply store where you usually go when rushing errands? i know where i’m headed to next time i need supplies or shipping needs!”

“I highly recommend Pender Air. I've moved my cat internationally a few times now, and have always had positive experiences with Pender. All staff members are consistently professional, and quick to respond to my questions or concerns about the entire process. This is a company which truly understands the needs of pets and their humans! I would also like to mention Lesley L. in particular, for her dedication in getting our cat from A to B as smoothly as possible. 5 star service.”

“Some people really should not be allowed to leave reviews. I was unnecessarily worried after reading a few negative ones. I needed to get my fingerprints done and could choose between this location or the one across Route 50, so I came here because it was closer. There was no wait at all, and I was in and out in under five minutes. You walk in, tell them you are there for fingerprints, they check two forms of ID, and take your prints. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends because of how efficient the entire process was.”

2961-A Hunter Mill Road, Oakton VA 22124
“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store today! I’d just come from the post office where I was treated pretty poorly, but the customer service here completely turned my day around. One of the employees (I wish I’d gotten his name!) saw me struggling to get the door open and came right over to help. He was so kind and patient, and even set up a system for me so I’ll be ready next time I come in. It honestly made me forget about the earlier situation — his kindness really made my day.”

“My fiance and I came in here yesterday to print out some signage for our upcoming wedding. First, I want to give the biggest shout out to the GM Maxwell. As soon as we walked in he immeditately took care of us and went so far above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. He told us he and his wife had recently got married too and wanted to take as much stress off of us as he could - and he definitely did. I don't write reviews very often, but my fiance and I both felt like it was necessary to provide feedback about how great Maxwell was to work with. Second, I did a ton of price shopping for our printing needs (menus, welcome cards, welcome sign, etc) and FedEx was about $200 cheaper overall than everywhere I looked at online. Overall, super happy with this experience and would recommend this location in particular. Huge thank you again to Maxwell!!!!!!”

“My experiences with FedEx and Vienna, Virginia is sending packages. Some packages required that they be boxed up. The representative was very courteous and answered all my questions. My packages were delivered in a timely fashion. The only reason for four stars is, I think that FedEx can be a little more expensive than its competitors.”

“Update following the below review:I received a call from a manager ensuring the predetermined date (after the initial one failed) was acceptable with my schedule. She also called following the installation of the stovetop (on a Saturday mind you) to confirm everything went according to plan. I also brought up that I was scheduled to have a fridge picked up, but had yet to receive a call or notice from the proposed driver. She put me on a brief hold and informed me that a driver nearby would come pick it up within 5-10 minutes. Sure enough, they came and left with the fridge within 5 minutes. The first delivery through JB Hunt went well - they called 30 minutes prior to making their delivery and were on-time; however, the second delivery went considerably less well. They never provided a courtesy call, nor care to back up their supposed excuse of a process. After speaking with their representatives, they informed me that they are unable to re-route their driver (who failed to provide me with a courtesy call and rang the doorbell and left immediately afterwards). I now have to take additional time off work to meet their scheduling demands once their "system processes" the request for another delivery attempt. So unfortunate that companies have to rely on them.”
