She was pleasant while explaining all the information to me.With all the extra rental service fees that sometimes arise she kept it as simple and fair as she could. “I’m not sure about the negative reviews from previous experiences but both individuals who work here, were extremely kind. The woman was helping a customer to my right and was extremely thorough and kind to the customer. The male who helped me was extremely kind and held good conversation. My rental was cleaned and ready for me within 5 minutes of being served. Thank you for great customer service!”
“I never used their services but my sister has and they were great with the fees and returning the deposit. The deposit was $200 and they refunded $180 because the gas wasn't were it was when she rented it which isn't bad. It didn't take long for the refund either.”
“I booked a small SUV through Priceline and there were no issues with pick up. It was one of the fastest rental pickups ever and we were in and out in probably 10 minutes. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was adequate for 3 adults. I did call in advance because we needed to drop it off a day early and some rental car companies charge extra. I was told there would be no additional fees and all turned out fine at drop off. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and the staff was friendly.* Update 1 week later... just got a refund to my credit card of $20.58! I wasn't expecting that at all for returning 1 day early. What a nice surprise!”

“I had a fantastic rental at CH Enterprise. July 2024. Edit. I will note they told me they no longer do pick up and drop off.
Unfortunate. I was less than 2 miles fom them. Needed a car that day. I was treated very well with kindness, compassion, patience and humor. Great experience. Can't recommend enough.”
