“Even though I'm a bit put off with Enterprise, Acworth and Enterprise Corporate, Jalen At Petersburg, Va location was wonderful both times I was there. I dropped off a car on March the fourth and picked up a car April the first. He was friendly, supportive, helpful and kind. I wish every company or business made sure their employees were so kind.”

She was pleasant while explaining all the information to me.With all the extra rental service fees that sometimes arise she kept it as simple and fair as she could. I also noticed she did the same to customers before and after me!I even had issues with my last day in Chester with changing work related meetings, she listened and came out with a perfect solution to making sure I made it to airport.Oh yes and my vehicle was sharp, clean, and performed fabulous!Thanks again you two!”
“I never used their services but my sister has and they were great with the fees and returning the deposit. The deposit was $200 and they refunded $180 because the gas wasn't were it was when she rented it which isn't bad. It didn't take long for the refund either.”
“I booked a small SUV through Priceline and there were no issues with pick up. It was one of the fastest rental pickups ever and we were in and out in probably 10 minutes. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was adequate for 3 adults. I did call in advance because we needed to drop it off a day early and some rental car companies charge extra. I was told there would be no additional fees and all turned out fine at drop off. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and the staff was friendly.* Update 1 week later... just got a refund to my credit card of $20.58! I wasn't expecting that at all for returning 1 day early. What a nice surprise!”

“I had the most wonderful experience with Colonial Heights Enterprise! I rented a car from them for almost 2 full months and the customer service was fantastic from every employee I worked with. My first rental had an issue come up and they quickly put me in a new one. Whenever I had to extend they would do that quickly and they were very kind in person and on the phone! If I ever need another rental I will gladly return to this location!”
