“I called last minute to see if they had a rental bc I had to put my car in the shop. I first called a few different enterprise locations and they didn’t have anything available so I called Hertz. Luckily Hertz came through and I was able to pick up a rental within the next couple of hours. The associate that assisted me as Pam, she was friendly and quick with the process.”

“Absolutely impressed by the efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help esp minutes before closing. After pulling teeth with insurance to cover a rental, the claim was approved at 1/4 to 5, so we called Enterprise. We were connected to their insurance reservations department, were advised, and then we drove over to this location a bit before close. It was busy. Everyone ahead of us was treated with respect and no one was hurried. Even more commendable, the branch rental manager helped us out because the at-fault party's insurance had not approved an equal vehicle to my car, which Virginia law requires. And again, impressed with the outstanding service provided to others as we waited. Thanks.”

“Miles is my favorite, he’s been there since the beginning when I first started renting due to having car maintenance issues. I’ve been renting a car for probably over a month now and he’s always working & super helpful. I walked in there saying I wanted the cheapest available, cheapest everything and he didn’t judge me in the slightest haha may have had dumb questions too and seemed clueless cause it was my first time renting but he didn’t treat me stupid in any way so I appreciated that a lot. Miles Provides excellent customer service and is very generous. I had to switch rentals at one point so they can do a check up on the car & the next day I realized I left my keychain with my house keys and car keys on it (inside the car). Miles called me first thing in the morning!! told me about it and kept them safe for me so that really relieved me!! thankful for this place, everyone is kind and very helpful!!”

“Clean rooms, very friendly staff and recently remodeled. I would recommend this motel to any one on a budget. It isn't fancy but it's nice. My wife and two children stayed here for three nights and we couldn't have ask for a better establishment.”

“I booked a small SUV through Priceline and there were no issues with pick up. It was one of the fastest rental pickups ever and we were in and out in probably 10 minutes. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was adequate for 3 adults. I did call in advance because we needed to drop it off a day early and some rental car companies charge extra. I was told there would be no additional fees and all turned out fine at drop off. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and the staff was friendly.* Update 1 week later... just got a refund to my credit card of $20.58! I wasn't expecting that at all for returning 1 day early. What a nice surprise!”
