“I recently visited the CVS Pharmacy at 721 South Park Boulevard in Colonial Heights, Virginia, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I approached the counter, I was greeted with pleasantries and warm smiles. The staff looked up my information quickly and efficiently.
Although my prescription wasn’t ready at that time, they informed me of the exact time it would be available. When I returned, everything was prepared as promised. Since my prescriptions were new, they took the time to provide a thorough consultation, explaining potential interactions with my other medications. They also ensured all my questions were answered before concluding the process.
The team maintained a pleasant and professional demeanor throughout my visit, offering an out-greeting as I left. The entire experience was seamless and welcoming.

“They have been super helpful! I have been able to tell them what OTC stuff I need and get it at the drive through since I have had COVID. They have also billed my insurance for the at home tests so I didn't have to worry about reimbursements. Publix refused to do this.”

“The owner/staff are always friendly. The prices are reasonable and they usually have some products on sale. The store has boiled peanuts as well. They don"t have all the bells like i.e big chain Wawa but they are a small Mom and Pop store that I would recommend.”
“Hardy just took care of me in a very unusual way. I am diabetic and I was about to faint because it was 2:30 and I haven't had lunch yet. He jump me on the line and started taking care of me. That is taking care of people. Some other employees need to learn from him and his team. Way too fantastic.”

“It was a little awkward to get to this 7-Eleven, but we needed coffee and a bathroom after our normal stopping place was a bust. We were more than pleasantly surprised at how clean the store was. And after the atrocity of the last stop, this bathroom was a complete 180. It was extremely clean. The gentleman working was very pleasant and you could tell he took pride, and rightfully so, in the cleanliness of the store. This store will most likely replace our previous normal highway stop. I hope the gentleman gets recognized. It was Saturday, Nov 27 around 7:30-8 pm.”
“It's a pharmacy. It's gone the way of all Walgreens and offer reduced hours for the pharmacy area. There wasn't a wait to get in, but there was about a 30 minute line for the pharmacy. However that was before a snow event. I was surprised they didn't have bread at this location in the grocery area. I like their "As Seen On TV Section" I can usually find something handy there. Walgreens and CVS are two of the only places that sell Jelly Belly Jelly Beans.”
“I️ ordered OTC meds online and the order was ready for pick up within 10 mins of me placing it. They also have curbside pick up and delivered items to the car under 3 minutes. The experience was great start to finish and super fast!! I highly recommend.”

“Jesse and Haley are wonderful. They are very attentive, professional, and understanding. They do a great job monitoring the reserve parking and making sure any driver that has paid for a spot has a spot when they get there. Store is very clean and all of the staff here are very professional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great people and great atmosphere.”

“If you’re going to stop at this WaWa, be prepared to smile! From the curious mix of Americana, that is the patrons of this fine establishment, to the epitome of gas station cuisine, nothing disappoints! If one wanted to scour the earth for unparalleled service, one could stop right now! This WaWa has it in spades! You want coffee? They got the best! You want snacks! Well let’s just say, they got that! At one particular moment, I felt as though I was touring the sub base in Groton, CT when I came upon the relentless hoagie options! Do you believe in Heaven??? Yea, I didn’t either (chuckles to self) until that fateful night I crossed the threshold of WaWa #693…. I don’t have kids of my own (that I know of lol) but I pray for the day I can regale of the time I spent at WaWa #669…. If you take away only one thing from this review, let it be the majestic beauty of the most audibly pleasing, tongue tickling, pleasure inducing, rejuvenating sounds of those magical little numbers, that make up WaWa store number NINESIXTYONE..”
“This gas station is right next to the interstate so it's easy to get to. I come here a lot to use the automatic car wash which is only three dollars. That's the cheapest around it's a pretty new machine. I've never come by and witnessed that the car wash was ever broke either. There's even a little convenience store inside if you want to grab a few items while you're there. Employees are friendly, and vehicle traffic flow is manageable.”
“Helene provided awesome customer service. This CVS is very lucky to have her . We made an emergency stop and were from out of state, she made sure our visit was accommodated.”

“Since this place has gone up I have never once been disappointed throughout the years with the food I have ordered.
This location is almost always busy. It seems to be a hangout spot for various groups. Don't take this as a negative. Typically there is no fuss to worry about.
Gasoline is decent priced, and the free air pump typically always works is in operation”
