“Staff at the Lorton,VA pick up location were professional and excellent. The location needs to be expanded however. It is entirely too small for the amount of customers in and out of the location.”
“I rented a car from Enterprise in Springfield, VA at the end of June. My experience there was easy. The staff made it easy and their customer service was on point.
They made it hassle free.
I cannot emphasize on that
more and I will gladly rent a
car from that location again!”
“Easy pickup. Gentleman who assisted me was courteous and communicative. Quickly started the process with to the point questions. Seemed genuinely interested in my experience in the car. Would use again!”
“I want to recognize Alex for providing truly exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, Alex treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, scheduling was easy, and any changes related to my rental while my vehicle was being repaired after an accident were handled quickly and without stress.
What stood out most was that I never felt like just another customer. Alex was compassionate, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. During a time that was already stressful, it meant a great deal to know I could count on someone who was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help.
Customer service like this is rare, and Alex is a tremendous asset to Enterprise. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience.”
