“By far the best storage unit facility I've ever dealt with. The place is always pristine clean, very secure, and is very well managed. The manager there runs a tight ship! We had our stuff in three separate units for over 18 months and I was scared that somehow moisture, bugs, etc. had gotten into the unit, but nope everything was perfect. Highly recommend.”

“They have a special going right now for first month free (but you still have to pay for the insurance and other start-up fees) AND the monthly rate will be less than half of what I was paying at a different Public Storage facility. I've got some work to do moving all my stuff but it'll be worth it due to the savings.”

“Convenient location to our home and my work so can stop by and pickup or dropoff on regular basis. We have rented the large storage space for several years now. Only had one issue where someone had cut off our lock. We called and found that the maintenance person had noticed some suspicious behavior and scared them off. They put the temporary lock on our unit and replaced it with a new one at no charge. Luckily nothing had been stolen or damaged. It would be nice if they installed some security cameras since they don't staff the office on a regular basis any longer.”

“Space is well maintianed and staff have been helpful and friendly. I’m concerned about the large difference between the pricing advertised on the website and what I am actually being charged. The 10' x 15' Large unit is listed at $152/month, with an online Labor Day promotion showing $91/month. However, my current rent is $283/month, plus approximately $15 for insurance, making my total nearly $298/month. I understand that promotional rates can expire and that rental rates can increase, but I don’t understand how my current rent is $131 higher than the advertised standard rate. The additional charges are not clear to me, and it feels like there are significant fees or increases that aren't obvious from the advertised pricing. I have been able to keep up with the unit in the past, but the continued increases are making it difficult to justify the cost. I also don't have an easy way to move everything out right now. At this point, I may have to move everything into my apartment and deal with the lack of space rather than continue paying nearly $300/month for a storage unit. I would really appreciate more transparent pricing and a clear explanation of what customers are actually expected to pay after promotional pricing ends.”

“My Guys Moving was really, well, perfect! They excelled in communication, arrived when they said they would, moved quickly and efficiently, and were extremely flexible in a fluid situation. Pricewise, we got more bang for the buck than we could have ever hoped for. And the crew was so much fun! They made a difficult move so much easier. Thanks, guys!”
