“This Auto shop is the TRUTH...Cost for repairs are reasonable so I can care for my very old 2011...oil changes your car will glide...The waiting room is so comfortable, I don't mind waiting, watching TV, and having coffee...but guest what, they are time efficient.

Dec 11.2025 I came back and got the CAR OF MY DREAMS A radiant red metallic Honda passport trail sport TSE! Rick was able to locate it for me and have it at the dealership within a week. Dana again was wonderful and Ryan in the business office was so easy to deal with. Casey Honda is the BEST. Plus you get so many perks like a lifetime power train warranty and free oil changes and inspections.”

“Truck broke down and wouldnt go into any gear. Had it towed and sure enough transmission went out with transfer case. Price was great and fare. Service was as quick as they had parts. Bob called me every step of the way. Transmissions are pricey and was also able to finance it through a service they use saving my wallet and me from trading christmas and rent for my truck.”

“Drove in for vacation from St. Louis into the area and rear brakes were scraping. Did a Google search for brake work and saw Williamsburg Automotive as highly rated. Even though it was an hour away from where we were staying, was willing to go there because Micah was super nice and managed to fit me in the next day. Obviously, I'm a tourist and didn't have time to shop around before returning home so was worried about getting overcharged but Micah is an honest guy and got it fixed with new rear brake pads and rotors at about the same price as what my trusted mechanic back home would have charged me. This was well worth the peace of mind to drive back through the mountains on my return home with the added weight of having a trailer on the minivan. Definitely recommend!
Note that it is a gas station too (with blue colors, not red like in the photos)--the first time driving there, I wasn't sure and pulled in to the wrong parking lot for the strip mall.”

Dan suggested looking at the actuator for a possible fix. 5 minutes later with a screw driver I was able to unstick the actuator cam and had heat again.
