The staff here has always been helpful and friendly. The check out and check in process is smooth. Prices are reasonable. Emergency road side assistance was pristine and was helpful when needed.

Didn't have a credit card but they still worked with me. Most Bahamian traveling to the US don't have credit card, Florida rental don't ask for it
But thanks again for working with me. My Son and his wife was having there first baby and a few of Us came to celebrate needed the Type car that I rented.

The value was good and the car we rented was newer and clean. But, we were supposed to get a Nissan Rogue or similar. But, they downsized us to a Nissan Kick without telling us. We didn't notice until we stopped 30 miles later to get something to eat. This is a really dishonest way to do business.
