“The service was excellent. The two people working there were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had smiles on their faces the entire time. They made the experience pleasant and were genuinely helpful.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery-powered car I received was only charged to about 15%, which meant I had to spend extra time charging it before I could really use it. Aside from that inconvenience, the staff provided outstanding customer service and left a very positive impression.”

“Rented a Buick Enclave to move property from VA to FL. The representative at the counter (an African American man) was friendly, talkative and helpful. He worked with us to find the right car at the right price. He was suggestive but not pushy. The car was a 2026 and was clean both inside and outside. It was fully gassed up and conveniently located near the office door. The price for a week was reasonable however I'd advise to NOT take the insurance since it nearly doubled the rental price. Additionally, you don't get any money back if you return the car early so you have to be sure of the days you need the car. Dollar was the cheapest option of all the other rental agencies at Dulles Airport. The return process is fast and easy and they use an automated vehicle scanner both in and out of the facility to record any vehicle damage so no haggling about damage that was present when you rented the car but wasn't listed thus making you responsible. I would rent from this Dollar location again.”
