“If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. They saved me yesterday. I got scammed when I bought a car and the tire was WRECKED. A favor was called in and the guys here stayed open for me after their hours if I could come fast. Which I did. They gave me a tire, of course had to pay for it, but they saw I didn't have tire covers and gave me some of theirs. I still need 2 more, but they didn't have to do that. And they didn't have to stay open for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Fast service, nice and humorous people, good pricing. Would go again. Thank you so much!!”
“Hot Shot Ram 3500 heading to Maryland fuel pump failed on a Friday night. No one in town would work on a diesel. Thank you Walter for getting to this right away. Installing a new fuel pump and getting me back on the road by early afternoon on Saturday. Can't be happier for the response and price.”

“i went in for a Summer Trip Inspection since i was going to be making a 20 hour trip. It was going to be like $150 but they had a coupon for it to be free on their website which they honored.
For the estimate, they let me know there didn’t seem to be any big issues that would interrupt my trip but recommended a few things that I should be aware of like getting an alignment and tire rod replacement. i let them know my brakes had been squeaking thinking i should probably have them replaced and they recommended this spray that would make it stop because they appeared to be in good condition still. Stated they would have it for me when I bring my car back in to get the actual work done. As a woman, in my experience when I’ve gone in for an oil change at other garages, there’s always all these other issues all of sudden and i’ve felt taken advantage of lol.
All in all this place is great and I highly recommend. They replaced my headlight at no charge since I already had the bulb. Didn’t try to upsell me with issues that weren’t serious and going to save me money with the squeak spray instead of replacing brakes unnecessarily :)”

These folks assisted me when I had issues with my car when I flew up hear from Charleston South Carolina and picked up a car from another place then the car broke down. They were willing to buy my car when no one else was and we're willing to assist me in getting it to their location when my car had issues and was unable to drive back home to South Carolina. “Yesterday our family car blew a tire on the highway. Most repair shops were either closing or couldn’t change our tire. Croppers picked all four of us up (even our little cavapoo) and replaced two tires while also staying past their closing time. The rate and service they gave us was great, Jeff, the owner was so nice and friendly. Really thankful for them staying late and helping us out! Thank you guys again!”

“Phenomenal service and communication from start to finish. My wife and I have a 2026 Tesla Model Y and I hit a deer about a month ago. Even with the collision avoidance software I was still not able to avoid the deer. The challenge with repairing a Tesla is the fact it is a requirement for the repair center to be certified by Tesla in order to retain factory warranty. CARSTAR is certified and not many other shops in the area are. Wilbur was the case agent who was assigned our claim and was outstanding. He provided regular and timely updates as our car went through the repair process. Due to circumstances beyond his control the technicians were not able to complete all of the repairs prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday as planned. The shop also took care of coordinating and arranging our rental vehicle. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this shop for any collision repair services.”
